Odeedo
Odeedo is known in the beginning of the story as Mother

Priestess Myra's long-time friend.  In truth, though, Odeedo

is Myra's mother.  This of course means she is Mati's

grandmother.  Even though this will be explained in the

story in greater detail, I'll fill you in on the basics.  That is

that Odeedo disliked the man who Myra decided to marry.

Odeedo disliked the man so much that she vowed she would
have nothing to do with any children the couple had.

Odeedo's curiousity got the better of her, though, and she

ended up keeping an eye on her daughter and soon after

granddaughter.  When troubles began for Myra and Mati,

Myra tried contacting her mother for help.  Odeedo decided

to let the past go and meet her granddaughter, and to help

her daughter.  So there you have it.  Keep checking in on

the story to get more of the details!
