Q: Tell us about your character, Lizzie McGuire.
A: Let's see, Lizzie McGuire is just like any other 13 year old girl. She acts really cool and has some really good friends, but she's kind of like insecure and doesn't really fit in a group at schoool. She's just trying to find herself.
Q: Socan you relate to the character you play?
A: Totally. I think I can. I think I'm a little more self-confident, but other than that, we're pretty much alike.
Q: What's it like to work on a show that combines live-action with animation?
A: It's pretty cool because I get to do the voices of the animated Lizzie character too. So at first I read it and I was like, "Oh man I don't get to be snotty anytime," because you know Lizzie's just sweet and doesn't really say much until I found I got to do the voice of the animated character too. That's kind of the snotty one. And I get to do it every six weeks.
Q; What are the biggest perks about being a celebrity? What do you like most about it?
A: Just doing my job well. I hope everybody likes what I'm doing. I also like going to all the fun events and stuff. It's really cool.
Q: Tell us about your upcoming movie, Human Nature. What character do you play?
A: I actually play the young Patricia Arquette in that. It's a small role, but it's going to be an amazing movie. I think it comes out in November. But then I have a movie that I'm going to do for Disney that's coming out between my break. We started filming July 31. It's going to be so much fun because it's kind of like a Private Benjamin but for younger girls. I go to military school.
Q: What advice do you have for other young kids that want to make it in the entertainment business?
A: Believe in yourself and follow your dreams because you can do anything. Anything is possible if you believe in it.

Hilary Duff,13, the bubbly star of the Disney Channel's Lizzie McGuire, dishes the scoop on her main squeeze, Aaron Carter(gasp!)and shares her all-time-favorite tunes.
Lets stop the rumors once and for all. What's really going on between you and Aaron?
We are kind of dating. [Giggles] It's been off and on, but it's kind of ON right now. We never get to see each other, but its cool. We just talk on the phone and stuff it's fun
Is there one song that reminds you of your relationship with Aaron?
Oh my god! Seriously, all i think think of is "I Want Candy", because that's what I listen to for,like,five hours in a row. But we don't have a song,you know,like some couples have a song.
Besides Aaron, who is your favorite artist right now?
I really like this new group called City High. They are awesome. And Jessica Simpson's new album is really cool,too.
What was the last concert you went to?
I just went to Aaron's concert in Las Vegas a few days ago. And that was pretty good-of course.
Cool. What is the best song to wake up to?
I don't like to wake up to anything. I just like to sleep!
What is the best song to dance to?
I like 3LW a lot. "It's Getting Too Heavy" has a great beat.
How about the best song to do your chores to?
I like the Backstreet Boys song, "The Call", and 'N Sync's "Pop". I need a song that is fast and high energy when i clean my room because it's not my favorite thing to do.
What's a good song for a long car ride?
I like Dream's "He Loves You Not" and Lil' Bow Wow's "Bounce With Me".
How about the best workout song?
I have to say Pink, because she's a hardcore, kick-butt girl.And she puts me in the mood to just go for it.
And finally, what is the best make out song?
