This was created
using an original action in Photoshop. I recorded myself opening a document,
placing my guides and drawing the pill marquee shape. Then, I filled it with
whatever color had been selected prior to running the action. Then, taking the
secondary color selected prior to the action, I made a gradient from foreground
to transparent. Then, I transformed the gradient to make it look like a glow and
added Gaussian Blur.
