Rena
You visited him
Yet you weren't related
You offered gifts
Yet you didn't have to
You showed him love
Yet you were not obligated
You improved the quality of his life
Yet you were given no thanks
So Rena, for this
I will always be grateful
And I am sure
Peter is smiling upon you
And mum sends a silent thank-you
From Heaven above
They send their love
And the angels' eyes are filled with tears
Tears of joy for all you did
To make Pete's light shine
A little brighter
Whilst he was here
And now, he will always recall
His little angel on earth
Was you, dear Rena
And now he's waiting in Heaven
To hug you again
And be reunited with his little angel
Together with God
And my mum
A thousand blessings are sent for you
This poem is just one,
So accpet this please
My thanks , with love....

"Rena was woman who visited my brother in Kew Cottages when he was alive. She gave him friendship that was special, and made his light shine brighter. I will always be grateful to Rena for her friendship with Peter. This is for you, Rena, thank you."
