No Flowers Allowed
No flowers allowed
No notice in the papers
No shame, no pain, no guilt
We must eliminate
All we feel
Pay for ignoring him
Do the right thing
A donation will pale
The darker shade of grey
Which has become
Our mock sympathy
It's a damn shame
We feel this way
Why didn't we pay
With visits and sentiments
Whilst he was alive
To savour the taste
Of his unknown family
We chose to be
Like the rest of society
A disabled disgrace
That's why there'll be
No flowers for his grave.
