March 5th Kryssi and I FINALLY got to go to a taping of Yes, Dear, I thought the day was NEVER gonna come! What happened was all completely unexpected and completely unforgettable! I never really thought I was ACTUALLY going to get to meet Liza, yeah I dreamt about it, but never thought it'd actually happen. I was so nervous all day! I woke up at like 6 in the morning, . I woke up and got ready until 12 in the afternoon, I probally did everything imaginable to my hair just playin around with it,I just couldn't sit still, we just stayed in the hotel all afternoon patiently waiting...ok maybe not PATIENTLY!, . We finally left at 2 We got there, and it seems like an eternity b4 they took us inside to seat us. They sat us to the far right 3rd row. When they introduced the cast there were 3 seats empty, FRONT row! The paige then, asked if we wanted to go up to the FRONT ROW! This was just the beginning,of all the surprises that night. Between takes they have a comedian, and instead of him telling the jokes or doing the entertaining at this point it's an old guy from the audience and MIke walks up to the audience jumps over the rail! He was with in 3 FEET FROM ME! It was SO neat to be able to see how things are done, and see their flubs, one point Liza totally jenxed herself that was funny if I may say. After the show they introduce the WHOLE cast. including the guest stars and all. I had a birthday card I wanted to GET to Liza, somehow, b/c her birthday was soon after we saw her. Well instead of asking someone to give it to her, like I had planned, I got her attention, and she looked at me I showed her that I had a card for her, she asked if it was for her, so I asked if I could give it to her. She walked up to me shook my hand and asked my name. We all talked for a long time. She had some guy take a picture of all 3 of us, which is all over this site. I look like a dork. She introduced us to the other cast members and had them sign a picture for me. It was one of the best days of my life! She was so sweet, and funny, and completely herself.
