About the Artist

Kat was born and raised in West Texas. Her hometown newspaper wrote a full page article on her uniquie relationship with the wildlife around her home. The title of the article, THE LIZARD LADY, was based on uncommon knowledge based on her observations of the lizards, and she now uses that as a nickname.

The LIZARD LADY describes herself as a misfit who never fit in anywhere and that's what makes her artwork so interesting. Kat says that as you look at her work you will see some familiar things but in an off the wall sort of way.
