TORONTO -- University of Toronto campus police have gotten creative in their means of breaking up a sit-in being staged by students protesting the sale of clothing made in Third World sweatshops.
In addition to cutting off the phone lines, officers blare pop music
hoping to make the students uncomfortable. "This is probably the first
time the Backstreet Boys have been deliberately used as a form of sleep
deprivation torture," said one protester.
Told ya it was funny!
