Okay, look. I'm doing this for a reason. The reason being this, I'm getting lazy. I'm tired of adding a disclaimer to every single
story that I've written. So, I'm going to sum it all up here.  Okay? Good.

Putting together a fan fiction page takes up a lot of time and energy. So, if any of you write fan fiction, and post it, you know
exactly what I'm talking about. Writing the fan fiction is also time consuming. I've been writing since I could hold a pencil,
atleast that's what my mother says. I don't remember that far back. Writing seems to come easy for me. It seems like the
easiest thing in the wor ld. However, for others, this might not be the case. So, I hope I say something that all writers can relate
too.

Writers put a lot of time and energy into the fiction they write. And, to have people steal it, can really upset a person. To have
someone copy it, can be very, insulting. I know it is to me.  Because, I like to atleast try to be orginal. I write to have fun. I
write becuase I love it. And, I hope that those of you who read my work, will enjoy it. And, if you're reading to look for any
type of idea. That's fine. But, don't steal the story. I put a lot of hard work into it, besides, it's also against the law: Plagiarism is
illegal, and for doing so it is punishable in a court of law.

All of the stories that I write are copyrighted to me.

Now, moving on...

As for the characters themselves. Of couse, it's only common sense, NSync (the group), Lance, Joey, Justin, JC, and Chris
(randomly typed, and not in any order whatsoever) they don't belong to me. They belong to the respective owner(s). If
anything in any of my stories seems to have happened/is happened/or will ever happen, I don't mean to clone anything.
Especially since I'm against cloning all together It's only coincendental.

As for another obvious thing, I'm not a member of NSync (which means I'm not Chris, Joey, Lance, JC, or Justin (again,
randomly typed, and in no certain order whatsoever). I am not a member of their management or anything like that.

Also, you should know, that if you see the name Lou Pearlman, or any of NSync's Parents' names or siblings, being so in the
story (for example, if you see a sentence reading, Justin's mom, Lynn, came into the room, along with NSync's manager
Lou...") you will know they aren't my characters. And that I don't own them at all. But, they do belong to their respective
owner(s).  However, if you see the name of one of NSync's parents or siblings that are not taking the active roll as being such (i.e. Lance and Diane had been dating a for a year...) you'll know that Diane is not his mother, but a character that I completly made up. I know. Sometimes it can be confusing. Even I get confused sometimes. But, that's okay. I'm allowed to be. I'm the writer.

Now, if there is a character in a story that you don't recongize, here's the obvious anser, I made them up. They are mine. You
can't steal them from me. They, like my stories, are copyrighted.

There is also one small little thing left.... I know there are several stories over the 'net that have the same title. That's okay. It
doesn't mean anything had been copied or anything.  Sometimes, writers think a like. And, titles are the same. It's no biggie.
It's okay. It happens. Just like it happens with songs.... the best example I have for that is "I want you back" and "I want you
back" ...NSync and Jackson Five, both had a song titled that...the lyrics are different. So, don't worry about titles being the
same. And, sometimes characters names are the same. Again, no big deal. It's a name.. That's all.. Sometimes writers use the
same names, that okay. But, if you read a story, you'll see the character is different. Every character has a personality of it's own, has a life of it's own. So, yes, you'll see that character names are the same as well. Best example I have for that is my one of my classes....  My name is Amy... there are three Amy's in one of my classes... but we all have a different life, a different
personality.

A couple other things: This is a comic strip called "Funky Winkerbean".

TEACHER: Let's see if we can determine what's cheating and what's not. What would you call copying a homework assignment from a friends?

STUDENT: Doing your homework!

Okay, I realize that some of you may believe this little comic strip. However, I don't. And taking my stories is cheating. It is
wrong. And, if you choose to cheat and steal my stories,  here's a quote for you:

If you do not believe that every action has a consequence, then you are not living in reality.
~Rinker.

There will be consequences if you are caught stealing my things.

Thanks and enjoy the stories,
Amy E.
