Dear Diary,
I
sat by Ray at lunch today again. Also I
got to thinking about all the guys I have for friends and it turned out that I
have about 16 or 17 of them which I was kind of surprised about, not to mention
about 3 of them are in high school. I
will list who they are in a later entry.

Dear Diary,
I
went to church as usual today, I was kind of disappointed because it was the
first Wednesday in two months that Dan hasn’t called me and asked if I was
coming to church tonight. I thought it
was kind of annoying, but when he didn’t call today I kind of missed him
calling.

At church

I started going out with Ricky today, isn’t that great?? I knew he liked me and I knew he knew I liked him. I will admit he is not that cute, but looks don’t really matter to me. All that matters is what’s inside.

October 15th
Dear Diary,
It was not so bad during
the first day of us going out. About a thousand people asked me if we went out.
I did not mind that much though. I mean I should not be ashamed of who I go out
with, right?

I don’t know if I should break up with
Ricky or not. I mean I like him, but I don’t know if I like him enough to go
out with him. I am not going to say dump him because I don’t want it to sound
mean. I would go ahead and break up with him now, but I don’t want to hurt his

What’s up? I didn’t go to school today. Oh, I forgot to tell you I started my period on the 16th. Amy invited me to the homecoming game and I went it was so much fun. I mean I saw Lora, Allison, Mary, and Amy (obviously).

didn’t go to school yesterday because I didn’t have a ride seeing as my Mom
usually takes me. She left yesterday
though to go to some conference thing for her job she had to go to some place
that is about seven hours away.

I
didn’t go to church today because my Dad was supposed to take me, but he
overslept. It kind of sucked that I
didn’t get to go because I was looking forward to seeing Dan and attempting to
beat him up….although I don’t know why guess that is just my awkward way of
flirting.

Ray nearly died today at lunch just
because I would not let him have my stupid chips for my lunch because I had
promised them to someone else, which was Marcus. I let Jessica borrow my
yearbook today.

I didn’t want all of my Sprite at lunch today and so I asked Joey (who is very cute) if he wanted the rest of it. Of course him being a guy said yeh and this is the cool part, normally when I give him some of my left over drink he pours it into his milk carton, but instead today he just drank out of the can after me!!

which was fun. Curran took me home. Dan kept bugging Sherry because he wanted

We had so
much fun today. We went to Red’s and I
was happy because I got to see all of my old friends from Gardner Newman, it
made me think of an old quote I once read, “Make new friends keep the old, one
is silver the other is gold.”

Last night Amy and I stayed up until about 3 in the morning. I went to a church thing tonight; it was for Halloween, they a haunted house, and a haunted hayride, which was all pretty cool.
