| Armbar from Guard |
| Man on top (MOT) is on Man on bottom's (MOB) guard. That means MOB's legs keep MOT from mounting him. Meanwhile, MOT grips both his opponent's hands. |
| MOB chooses to armbar MOT's left arm. MOB uses his forearm to push MOT's head to the right leg. Note that MOB's legs gradually slide over MOT's upper body. |
| MOB shrimps out so he could close in the gap between his right leg and MOT's head. |
| MOB throws right leg over MOT's head. To complete the technique, MOB should arch his back as far as he can to hyperextend the arm. |
