Kelly Monaco


Kelly Monaco is the talented actress that brings the character of Olivia "Livvie" Locke to life. Kelly is from Philadelphia Pennsylvania, and was born May 23, 1976. Kelly is a former Playboy Playmate of the Month, for April of 1997. Kelly started on Port Charles in July of 2000. 

Kelly Monaco portrays the character of Livvie Reese the alleged daughter of the manipulative Dr. Rachel Locke (Kimberlin Brown).

 Much to Rachel's chagrin, Livvie comes to visit her while she is recuperating from emergency surgery at General Hospital. Unaware of others' discontent with her mother, Livvie wants to stay in Port Charles, even though Rachel is adamantly opposed.

Determined to stay and discover the truth, a smart and savvy Livvie may be the key to Dr. Locke's undoing.

 An active athlete, Monaco grew up on the East Coast, where she participated in soccer, swimming, track and softball, among other sports.

 After the last of five girls was born, her family decided to move from the bustling city of Philadelphia to the more peaceful environment of the Poconos. Monaco proudly states that she is a born competitor.

In addition to athletics, she participated intensely in speech, debate and theater during high school.

Monaco's television debut came in 1997, when she landed a recurring role on "Baywatch." She has since segued into the feature film world with roles in "Idle Hands," "Mumford" and "BASEketball."

Raised in an Italian Catholic home, Monaco is very close with her family, especially her great-grandmother. She enjoys volunteering for children's charity events, as well as working with elders.

She currently resides in West Hollywood, California.
