Mark 4:40
And he said unto them, Why are ye so fearful? how is it that ye have no faith?
Beloved,
Your faith will be tested through great storms, will you fear, or will you have faith?
Storms reveal much of what is in your heart, how deep your faith in Me is, or how much you are controlled by the enemy and your own flesh.
Storms are necessary as you cannot know how you will respond until you are right in the midst of the storm, when the wind is blowing and the waves are beating against you, and there is no escape, no one to save you, nothing you can do to save yourself or remove yourself from the storm in your own power. But then as you place yourself in my hands, and rest in My waiting arms, the storm is stilled, as if it was never there. This is how I grow my children, this is how I stretch you a little further, until I am living and moving inside of you, as you allow Me to take over your life.
The storms are coming, storms that you have never experienced, but as you learn to get deep in me, let your roots go deep, then you cannot be moved.
Tree's go deep into the earth, they stretch their roots way down and then draw up living water that gives them life, and as they go deeper, their roots grab the earth and go many feet below the surface and when the storms come they stand tall into the wind. If they have not let their roots go deep they topple over, as the wind and rain washes away the earth from the surface roots.
My child I want you to be prepared for whatever comes, for judgement has begun, and many with hardened hearts of unbelief will not be prepared, just as many have built their houses on sifting sand, instead of building them on the rock.
Stay in the secret place beloved, because their will be many more things that will draw your mind and heart away from me, but I will hide you in My secret pavillion, and under My wings you will be safe as you abide in the secret place, this is a place of peace, a place of safety, and a place where I Am, and will calm all your fears. That means not having your thoughts in a million other places but resolutely on Me. Isaiah 26:3
Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. Pray to have you eyes opened so that you see beyond the earths physical reality, so that you can see what I Am doing.
When you see Me, then you will know of a certainly, that I will be at your side and will never leave nor forsake you. There will be no need to be fearful, for I Am God, and all My promises are yea and amen.
Walk through the storms, place your hands in mine and we will walk through together. These are the begining of sorrows, trouble on every side, wars and rumors of wars, famine and pestilence. Oh that man had listened to Me, when I sent the prophets to warn them of what was to come, yet they hardened their hearts.
Storms are the begining, and my children must walk through them, you cannot escape, your faith WILL be tested, yet you will not be tested beyond what you can handle, but you will be tested. So let your roots go deep, stand and face the storms, but not as Peter, who looked down at the waves of the sea, and could not take another step to Me. Keep your yes on Me in the storm, and when the waves are overtaking you, keep walking, I will be right there with you, a fingers touch away.
