<p><b><a name="goals"></a>The Basic Goals of Organization (as stated in Charter)</b></p>
<p> - material help to orphanages, shelters, detention centers, rehabilitation
centers and other organizations dealing with bringing up children left without
parental care</p>
<p> - help to children left without parental care or place of accommodation. Creation
of all the conditions necessary for their future development, rehabilitation
and adaptation into society, including provision of medical and humanitarian
aid. Search for people desiring to adopt children and also social and psychological
work with the parents neglecting their children</p>
<p> <i><b>THE VISION</b></i>
<p>To reach all the homeless children of Vladivostok. To offer help, assistance
and hope for the present and the future.
<p> To see these children contribute to society and become an asset to the nation
rather than a liability.
