| Chapter 1 *To Diagon Alley* Hermione laid there on her bed thinking. She had been laying there for about an hour now, her thoughts shifted from one thing to another but they were mainly about Harry and Ron. When Hermione was in the beginning of her third year, she had started to like Harry. There were so many reasons why...Harry was of course cute, but since Hermione is Hermione, that wasnt the main reason, he was fairly smart, brave and caring of course. But then she aso started to like Ron alot too when he decided hed help her win Buckbeacks trial. He was also good looking and funny. He was brave too, but not as much as Harry. Hermione still laid there staring up at her ceiling that was enchanted like the one in Hogwarts. The stars were bright and the moon was hidden behind a batch of clouds. She sighed. "If only one of them liked me..." she sighed again. "Or better yet, loved me, like i love them." There was a knock at the door. "Herm," It was her mother. "Its time for bed," She closed the door. Hermione didnt pay any attention, she was still lost in her thoughts. Slowly she drifted off to sleep... "What the...?" Hermione's eyes bolted open. She swung her arms around to get whatever it was off her face. She blinked and looked across the room to find Hedwig had just left her face. She looked around her bed to find a coupl of letters. Two from Ron and one from Harry. She decided to open Harry's first. Dear Hermione, Hey! How are you doing? Im alright, Uncle Vernon thinking about everyone going on a diet again. Ugh. Hope I get cakes again this time...::wink wink:: no no you dont have to. My summers been okay. It would be a whole lot better if you and Ron were here. I just can't wait untill we go back for another exciting year at Hogwarts. Well I have to go. Its the middle of the night and if The Dursleys find out I'm letting Hedwig out, they'll have a fit. Write back soon. Your best friend, Harry Hermione sighed. "And thats all we'll probably ever be." She picked up Rons letter and opened it. Dear Hermione, Hey, how's your summer? Mines been horrible considering its only been about a week. Fred and George almost blew up the Burrow! But thats not that big of a shock, is it? Hermione laughed and kept reading. I think they're still working on their Weasleys Wizard Wheezes shop. I think they had alot more items than mum thought they had. So what have you been up to? Going anywhere special? I dont think I am. We're too poor. 'Poor Ron" Hermione thought. Hope I see you soon. Your friend, Ron Hermione lingered on those words. 'Hope to see you soon'. Did he really? He didnt mention Harry, like Harry mentioned him. Hermione smiled. Maybe it meant something. Hedwig whooted. "Oh," she picked up Rons second letter. Dear Hermione, I had to use Hedwig because Errol (that stupid bird) and Pig are sending a package for my father. I sent you another letter because I wanted to tell you something... Hermione's eyes widened with excitement and read on. Its a surprise though. You'll see when we get to Hogwarts. Don't mention it to anyone. It's just for you. Your feind, Ron 'Its just for you' she thought. 'Just for me'. Hermione smiled. "Hemrione!!! Time for breakfast!" called her father. Hermione ran down the stairs, trying not to look so happy. She didnt want her parents asking questions. After that, Hermiones summer went by quickly, and the next thing she knew, it was time to go to Diagon Alley. She hadn't heard from Harry o Ron and she didnt know if they were going to be there. Her parents seemed un-easy, like always, they werent so comfortable around wizards. Chapter 2 *Harry* Hermione dressed her best robes, in hopes that Harry or Ron would be there. She did her hair nice and even put on a little make-up. She wanted to look her absolute best... At Diagon Alley, Hermione's hopes were let down. She had finished her shopping and there was nothing for her to do. There was no sight of Harry nor Ron... yet. Hermione's parents were letting her stay at the Leaky Couldron for two days and go with the Weasleys to Kings Cross Station. Then it downed on her that they weren't going to be there until tomorrow. Hermione walked into the ice cream shoppe and ordered a shake, and sat outside at a tabe with a parasol over her. She sat there looking at the other Wizards and Witches pass by. 'I wish Harry was here' she kept thinking. 'I really do...' "Hello Hermione" said Harry. Hermione was still in a daze. 'Wow, I even hear his vioce.' She closed her eyes to try and listen to Harry more. "Hermione." Harry waved his hand in front of her face. "Hermione!" he shook her. Hermione opened her eyes and turned to look at Harry. His hair was messy, as always and his eyes were more of a dazzling green. She looked into his eyes, and he looked into hers. Then Harry cleared his throaght. "Ehem," "Oh, sorry Harry. Dozed off. I'm so tired these days." Hermione faked a laugh. She hugged Harry. "So glad to see you." As Hermione hugged him, Harry looked at her in amazement. 'Why is she acting like this?' He patted her on the head awkwardly. "Glad to see you too," hermione let go of Harry and beamed at him. He was finally here... Chapter 3 *The Leaky Couldron* Harry and Hermione walked around Diagon Alley, and Hermione didn't mind getting some more ice cream for Harrys sake. Though Hermione was pretty glad about being with Harry, she was a bit nervous...who wouldnt be? "So Hermione," started Harry after leaving a shop. Hermione looked at him, waiting for him to continue. Harry stuttered. 'Whats was he trying to tell me?' Hermiones thoughts swam through her head. "Er...I..." Harry went on. It was the first time she had seen Harry hesitate to tell her something. It must have been important. "Are you alright Harry?" asked Hermione. She knew something was bothering him. "Er..." Harry said again. Hermiones eyes grew large with excitement. She knew what was coming. "Hermione...I like you." he said finally. Hermione stood there still surprised, though she knew what he was about to say. Harry did't know what to do, but he did the first thing that came to mind. He quickly pulled Hermione to him and kised her softly on the lips. 'I can't believe I just did that.' he thought. Hermione still stood there... "Harry" Hermione gasped. It was all she could get out. "Hey Hermione! Hey Harry!" The two whirled around to find Ron and the rest of the Weasleys standing in front of Gringotts. "Oh Hello Ron!" they said. Hermione smiled, trying not to seem suspicious. "'Lo Ron! How was your summer?" Harry asked. "It was alright," he said. He wa cut off by Mrs. Weasley. "Oh Hello Harry dear! Hello Hermione! C'mone Ron we have to get our things! If we don't get them now, they may not be here tommorow!" she said pointing a finger. "Ok mum." Ron said gloomily. The three followed the rest of the Weasleys into Flourish and Blotts, the Apoecary, Madam Malkins, and the other shops where they needed supplys. "It's getting late you three," said Mr. Weasley. "Harry where are you staying?" "Oh, I'm meeting Hagrid in the Leaky Couldron. He's getting me a room." "Thats great!" said Ron. "We're also staying at the Leaky Couldron! Hermione's staying with us too!" he said smiling. Hermione felt guilty. Did Ron like her? Now she hoped he didn't. She didn't want to hurt his feelings. Harry smiled at Ron. He had also gotten the impression that Ron might like Hermione. 'Oh no, he can't like her? Can he?' he thought still giving Ron a sort of fony smile. "Come on then lets go." said Ginny. "I'm tired." They all went into the Leaky Couldron. Hermione and the Weasleys got their rooms and Harry went to wait for Hagrid. "We'll come down as soon as we get our things in our rooms." said Ron. Hermione and Ron went up the stairs together behind Ginny, Fred and George. At the top, they all split into their room.s Fred, george and Ron in room number 5, Mr and Mrs Weasley in number 6 and Hermione and Ginny in number 7. Hermione took out somethings from her trunk, such as robes for tommorow, her nightgown, a book to read and a brush. Hermione noticed that Ginny wa acting a bit nervous. "Ginny?" she asked. Ginny suddenly straightened up, a note falling from her pocket. "Are you...okay?" Ginny nodded yes, but Hermione knew that she was lying. Ginny frantically scrambled around to pick up the note but kept dropping it. "Are you sure Ginny?" "Yes, I...I'm fine." Her face turned redder than her hair and she succesfully picked up the note and stuffed it back in her pocket. She laid on her bed and started to write in what looked like a diary. "Dont...dont worry, mum got it for me." she said with a faint smile on her face. Her face was still red. Hermione nodded and went for the door. "Don't worry I'm only going downstairs." Hermione left room number seven. She peered into room number five to see only fed and George. 'Ron must already be downstairs.' Hemrione skipped down the stepped to the main lobby. "But Harry! How could y-" Ron yelled at Harry. Harry was at a loss for words. Ron looked toward Hermione and stopped. "What are you two talking about?" she tried to say casually. "Er..." Harry started. "Er...nothing really." "why were you yelling?" "um...Harry left all of my books in Flourish and Blotts. He left them there...by accident though." he lied. Hermione didn't suspect anything and uttered what sounded like "Oh, i see." "'Lo there Harry, ron Hermione!" the three went up to Hagrid and hugged him. "Missed 'ou 'ole lot." he said. "We missed you too." Harry anmswered for them. "So 'ow was yer summer Harry?" "It was pretty boring, but not as bad as it's been before. How about you?" This conversation went on and on and led to different topics until Mrs. weasley came down. "Ron, hermione, you two better get into bed! Remember you have to get up early so we're not late!" Ron and Hermione got u and said they'd see Hagrid in the morning. As they walked up the stairs, Ron stopped and pulled the back of Hermiones robes. She fell onto him but he catched her and gave her a kiss... Chapter 4 *The Nightmare* Hermione stood there. She couldn't think of what to do. Hermione ran up the stairs and went into room number seven. Hermione took a deep breath. 'Maybe I shouldn't have done that,' she thought. She felt a bit guilty, both towards Harry and to Ron. She had kissed Ron after she had already kissed Harry, and running away after Ron kissing made her feel bad. 'I hope I didn't hurt his feelings' Hermione shook her head. 'I'll clear it all up, relax'. The lights were out and she tip-toed towards her bed. The cold floor creaked and she changed into her nightgown. She didn't exactly go to sleep, she was in a place between sleep and awake, but thinking about Harry and Ron yet dreaming about them at the same time. As Hermione drifted closer to sleep she bagan to dream more vividly... She was in a deep scarlet room with high black shaded windows. The room was empty except for a small grey box with blood red jewels. Hermione walkd towards it and opened the lit. Darkness leaked from the chest and filled the room leaving Hermione not able to see. She spun around to see if there was any sign of light. Hermione squinted into what she thought was the corner. Hermione stared at what appeared to be a glowing green eye staring at her. It blinked and stared again. Then the eye grew larger and like a mouth swallowed the room in an emerald green. In front of Hermione a hallway formed and as curious as she was, followed it. There were sounds coming from the end of the long hallway. It sounded like someone sobbing. She began to jog. The sobbing got louder and more hysterical. Hermione broke into a run until the hallway faded into a graveyard. It was damp, foggy and raining hard. She could still hear the sobbing and more hysterical than before. She turned the graves that were wet with rain. As Hermione came to an elaborate grave, she noticed that there were alot of people around it. hemione noticed them as people from Hogwarts. She saw Draco Malfoy and the rest of the Slytherins just staring around the graveyard but looking slighty depressed. The Ravenclaws and Hufflepuffs shaking their heads. Cho Chang staring down at her shoes crying softly. The Weasleys were there. George had his arm around Ginny who was crying like mad. It was not her that Hermione heard. fred was nodding his head at the gravestone talking, saying farewell. Mrs. Weasley was crying on Mr. Weasley's shoulder. She could make out Percy saying 'It's a pity he had to die like this... he deserved much more than that'. Bill and Charlie were sad but not overly. Hermione walked closer to large crowd. There was a girl crying hysterical. It was the one she heard. The girl was being held by someone dressed in black robes. they were standing directly in front of the grave. hermione squinted to read what it said. She didn't believe what she saw... Chapter 5 *Suspicious* Hermione woke up with a jolt. The sky outside was dark blue fading to pink and then to orange. Ginny was still asleep. Hermione rubbed her head. "What was that all about" she mumbled. She remembered the scarlet room, fading to black, and turning into the green hallway, the graveyard and most everone sobbing. But she couldn't remember what the grave said. She blinked a couple of times to keep her eyes open. She was afraid to fall back asleep. She shook her head and decided to get ready to go to Kings Cross. She got dressed and made sure she was packed. Hermione sat on her bed thinking about her dream. She heard a rustling behind her, 'It must be Ginny.' It was. Hermione turned and looked at her. "Good morning,"she said wearily. Ginny stared at her. "G' morning. Are you alright?" "I'm fine, just tired," Hermione lied. Ginny got up and strted to get ready. The sky was bright blue now. It was officially morning. There was a knock at the door. hermione got up and opened it. "Good morning!" greeted Mrs. Weasley. She didn't look cheerful and lively like always. She seemed highly upset about something. "You ready to go to Kings Cross?" Hermione and Ginny nodded and got their trunks. "We'll meet you downstairs in a few moments for breakfast." She turned her heel and left. "What do you think is wrong?" asked Hermione as she lifted her trunk off her bed and dropped it on the hardwood floor of the room. "I don't know," said Ginny with a strange look in her eyes. "Mum never looked so sad before. especially before the term started. i mean, she's not happy all the time, but I've never seen her like that." The two picked up their trunksand headed downstairs. The Weasleys and Harry were all seated around alarge table, or two tables that had been put together, eating breakfast talking excitedly. They all seemed happy except for Mr. and Mrs. weasley, who looked extremely worried about something or someone. As Hermione took a seat at the table, Harry and ron seemed a bit shy to talk to her. Hermione decided to leave them alone for the time being. She would clear things up the train. As Hermione ate her breakfast she thought. 'What am I going to do? I like them both but I can't pick one of them? It wouldruin our friendship! I dont want that to happen!' She was nervous. Hermione thought nervously as she ate. breakfast was soon over and they all left for KingsCross. At the station, Hermione noticed that Mr. and Mrs. Weasley kept talking amoung themselves. Mrs. Weasley kept nodding and Mr. Weasley kept explaining things. But they stil looking upset. What was it that was making them so worried. Four of the Weasley children, Harry and Hermione went through the platform. They entered the train just before it left. The trio took a compartment near the rear of the express. Ron and Harry were discussing what they thought about this term and what was going to happen while Hermione pretended to read a book. She was really worried. both about Harry and Ron and what Mr. and Mrs. Weasley were talking about. Seemed like another intresting year... Chapter 6 *...Now and Forever...* Hermioen grew more and more anxious to start talking with the boys again. It had been about an hour. Hermione thumbed through her book nervously and Ron had noticed. "Er...hermione? Are you okay?" Hermione looked up. "Oh yes I'm fine." Ron and Harry looked stared at her. They knew she was lieing (sp?). "C'mon Hermione, somethings going on. You havent had that look on your face since since you were petrified." Harry reasoned. Hermione took a breath. "I was just wondering," Hermione said softly. Harry and Ron leaned in to listen better. "I was just wondering why your parents were acting so nervous and strange this morning." She finished looking in Ron's direction. To Hermione, it seemed the two had forgotten about the day before. "I don't know." he said. "But they were acting weird. Last time I saw mum upset was after the Drak Mark thing last year." Ran eyes were filled with wonder. Hermione could tell he was thinking hard. "Anything off the trolly dears?" asked a witch peaking into the compartment. Harry looked at Ron and Hermione. They were looking through their bags of money for any extras. harry sighed and looked at his money. "We'll take the lot," The witch gave them all of things off the trolley and Ron and Hermione tried to say thankyou as best they could. "Hope its Ptolemy," said Ron opening a chocolate frog. Though he had some trouble he managed to open it and Hermione jinxed the chocolate frog and Ron ate it. "haven't had those in a while." he said. He picked up the Wizard card and gasped. "Harry! Look!" he handed Harry the witches and wizards card. "Its...It's me!" he said gaping at the card he held in his hand. Hermione bent over and took a look at the card. "Harry Potter...the boy who lived..." she turned it over. She read the rest aloud, "Escaped being killed by He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named... he has also save the wizarding school of Hogwarts many times. Harry Potter, a hero now and forever..." The last word lingered in her mind. "A hero now and forever..." Hermione gasped, and fainted. Chapter 7 *Great Love and Friendship* "Hermione!" both Harry and Ron screamed. hermione fell to the floor of the compartment. their sweet voices slowy drifting away. She felt as if she were falling. Witha a loud thump she fell onto cold, wet grass. Hermione was back in the graveyard. The rain was coing down harder and the fog thicker than before. She got up and without thinking walked over to the grave. There was now only four black cloaked, hooded men huddled around the grave, covering their troubled faces. "It's so terrible that we'll be here again tommorrow," said a voice. Hermione looked at one of the men. it was Remus Lupin. Another man spoke. "I can' bear it" came the voice of Hagrid. " Why did they have to die?" 'They?' hermione thought. She listened in on the rest of the conversation. "Another funeral, another loss. But I hope it was for the best," " But Albus," said a man lowering his hood and looking towards the other man who had just spoke. It was Sirius Black. " Does this mean that he, is truly gone. Forever?" "I do not know," said Dumbledore. "They risked their lives for him, yet again fgiving him love to protect him, but he had to die to defeat him, he had his blood." Those words made Hermione cry. She turned around to look at the grave, it read: "Here lies Harry James Potter1978-1995. The-Boy-Who-Lived. A hero of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and to wizards everywhere. A Hero...now and forever..." Hermione bawled. They were all dead. Dead, gone, lost. "Great love and friendship," said Remus. "Love and friendship." The graveyard started spin, mixing everything together, strangely forming into an emerald green room. Hermione ran. She needed to get out of there. She ran out of the green mouth, past the dark black room and back into the familiar scarlet high black curtained room. Hermione sat on the floor and cried her eyes out. She heard a rattle next to her. Hermione lifted her head. Next to her was nothing. She looked up, there was something drifting from above, about to land near her. It landed without a sound. Hermione screamed. It appeared to be a piece of skin with a lightning bolt scar... Hermione's eyes shot open. Standing abover her were Ron and Harry. She hugged the two tightly and began bawling. Harry and Ron looked at her with confused faces. 'Whats was wrong?' both put an arm around her. "You were dead Harry! DEAD! We were ALL dead!" "Hermione, what're you talking about?" asked Ron. "We were DEAD!" she creamed. She started bawling again. There were people crowding around the compartment door. "Is she alright?" asked Seamus Finnigan who had just arrived. Harry and Ron shrugged. "Ha," sneered a familiar voice. "The mudbloods lost it! What happened? Scar-head and Weasle read more books over the summer?" Draco Malfoy joked. he nudged Crabbe and Goyle and they began laughing with him. Ron rolled his eyes and shooed everyone away. "We were dead!" Hermione sobbed again. "Hermione, it was just a dream, it wasn't real." said Harry comforting her. 'But, but, it seemed so real! And the card..." Hermione grabbed the Famous Witches and Wizard card. "This is what it said on your grave! I had the dream last night!" she said waving the card in Harry's face. Harry took te card and looked at it. Hermione was freaking him out. 'Now and Forever" swam through his mind. they were creepy. "Hermione, when did you say you had that dream/" "Last night," "Maybe it means something?" suggested Ron. "Hermione couldn't have known about the card, and she fainted." Harry nodded and Hermione wiped away her tears. "Hermione, would it be okay if you told us abut your dream?" Hrry questioned. Hermione nodded and told them everything. "Thats just, scary..." said Ron when Hermione was finished. She sniffed and wiped away another tear. Then the train came to a halt. Here was when their new "unpredictable" year. Chapter 8 *Screams* The first week at Hogwarts went by fairly quick and it was now Friday. Hermione sat there in the deserted gryffindor common room doing an essay for transfiguration, even thogh it was due in two weeks. hermione scribbled down notes and formed them into sentences. There was a scream. Hermione turned around, startled. No one was there. Could it be coming from the dormotries (sp?)? Hermione got up and looked in the girls rooms. Everyone was asleep. She snuck a peek into the boys rooms, and all was quiet. Hermione shook her head in disbeleif, she had definitely heard a scream. She went back down to the common room to finish her essay. "Therefor the," Hermione stopped. There it was again. The same scream as before. Hermione jumped. For a moment, it sounded like her own scream. She picked up her wand and got up. There had to be someone there. Hermione walked carefully around the room. There was still no one there. this was freaking Hermione out. She grabbed her things and ran up to her dormotry... Hermione lay there in bed thinking about the scream. 'I know I wasn't hearing things, I'm not crazy!' she thought. As those so many nights before, Hermione drifted off to sleep... Hermione was screaming, staring at the piece of skin. She quickly got up and got as far away as possible from it. As she walked further, the room got smaller and smaller, finally giving her not alot of room to move. She swiftly went to one of the high windows and opened it. there was ground outside so she jumped. She never touched the ground. Hermione was tumbling, falling into nothing. She landed back in the graveyard once again. Now there were too caskets, gold uncrusted. The two people had received the Order of Merlin, first class. She squinted. the caskets also read: Hermione Elizabeth Granger and Ronald Weasley. hermione put her hand over her mouth. She sobbed once again... the graveyard yet again started to spin. Hermione was now somewhere she had never remembered seeing before but looked strangely familiar. She was in a long room with stone snakes along the walls, their forked tongues protruding from their mouths, and long venomous looking fangs from the top of its mouth looked as if they were about to strike. Hermione shivered. She didn't know this place, but she did in a way. She was confused. She walked down the long room. As she go closer to the end, three figures formed. Hermione knew them immediately as Harry, Ron and none other than he-who-must-not-be-named. He had his wand fixed on Harry. Hermione ran and threw herself in front of him. "Avada Kadavra." he muttered. "Hermione!" hermione felt a horrible blackness take over body. It was taking her. Her eyes were open but her vision grew to black. She was dead... Hermione woke up. She was covered in a cold sweat. 'Why am I dreaming these things?' Hermione got up, got dressed and went down to the common room, not even noticing it was still night. She sat on a large chair and stared at the fire deep in thought. 'These dreams have to mean something, they all fit together, its creepy'. hermione sat there for hours on end. She was worried, what was she going to do? Chapter 9 *Where's Harry?* "Hermione," came a voice. hermione turned from the fire and looked to find Ron standing at the foot of the stairs. He walked over and sat next to her. "What's wrong?" To Hermione his voice seemed to sooth her thoughts. Hermione couldn't say a word. "Its the dream... isn't it?" Hermione nodded. He put his arm around her. "Herm, its going to be alright." he said. He looked into her eyes. Hermione knew they were trying to tell her something, but her mind was too busy with other thoughts to think. "Its going to be alright." he repeated. Hermione hugged him and he returned it. Hermione pulled away and looked at him. Ron leaned in and kissed Hermione. As soon as he was about to stop, Hermione pulled him closer. It was just what she needed. Hermione finally ended the kiss when she realized how long they were there. "Thanks Ron," Hermione said. Ron smiled. "No, thank you!" he joked. Hermione laughed, forgetting her dream and decided to walk down to breakfast with Ron. "So er..." said Ron, feeling awkward for what happened before. "What was the dream about this time... if you want dont mind, i mean if you dont want to thats fine but..." "No, I dont mind." Hermione needed to thank Ron ina better way. His kiss had made her feel loads better. "Well," she started. "Last night the dream was sort of different. I saw noth of us, you and me, dead and we had gotten the order of merlin, i guess for risking our lives for Harry and all. Then I was suddenly in a long corridor..." "Hey!" greeted Harry as he caught up with the two. "Whats up?" Hermione and ron exchanged looks. "Er... discussing my dream." said Hermione. "She had another one last night." said Ron gloomily. "Was it different? What happened?" "Well as I said," Hermione nodded at Ron and continued. "I saw me and Ron dead, and we had recieved the Order of Merlin, first class because we had risked our lives for you. Then it was like as if I was living what happened, how we died. I was in a long hallway wit stone snakes all along the walls," "Come again? Snakes?" questioned Harry nervously. "Yes snakes, why?" "Sounds a bit like the Chamber of Secrets..." Harry shuddered at the thought. "Go, go on." "Well, I went down the hall and I saw you, Ron and Voldemort, he was going to kill you, but he killed me instead, I tried to save you." Harry just stared at Hermione. "I have the starngest feeling that something IS going to happen..." predicted Ron. Hermione nodded in agreement. "Join the club,"... After breakfast, the trio spent their day in different parts of the castle. Hermione in the library, Harry on the Quidditch feild and Ron in the common room. But only one would return at the end of the night. Hermione was sick of the library at the moment. She couldn't stand it. Standing there in the lonliness of the library, thinking about her dreams and her mixed emotions for Harry and Ron. What was she to do? She decided to leave the dread of the library and head up to the common room, where she met with Ron once again. "Oh hello there Ron." said Hermione smiling, taking a seat next to Ron at the table where he was working on his Transfiguration essay. "Hey," he replied. He finished the sentence and rested his quill in the ink bottle in front of him. "What have you ben up to?" Hermione asked, desperately trying to make conversation. "Nothing, just work really," "Work?" hermione looked at Ron in bewilderment. "Work? Since when do you do work when its not the last minute?" Ron smiled. "Ever since I had other things to do besides do homework the say before it was due." Hermione just stared at him, and Ron stared back at her. There was no conversation, but they put their mouths to better use. They kissed once again. After a longpassionate kiss, Roin stopped abruptly realizing the time. "Where's Harry?" Chapter 10 *Paranoid* (sry this on'es long) Ron quickly got up from the table and went out of the room through the portrait, Hermione not far behind. "I can't believe I didn't notice all day! He said he was going to meet me in the common room four hours ago!" He ran off leaving Hermione behind, angry with himself. Hermione didn't bother going. She knew Harry had a reason, and if Ron was angry with Harry for some reasons didnt want to be there, especially since it would most likely be over her. Hermione headed back for the common room when Dumbledores voice was heard magically throughout the school. "All students should report immediately to their common rooms at this moment. Head's of houses will go their houses and explain to their students. Thank you" and Dumbledores voice faded away. Hermione swung around and changed her direction towards the front doors which were right behind her... she was going to find Harry and Ron. Hermione ran through the groups of students rushing to the doors and towards the Quidditch Pitch, probably the first place Ron went to look for Harry. She came to the door to find that it was locked. Hermione needed to get in there; she needed to find Harry and Ron. She attempted to climb over the door my using some rocks as a stepladder. As Hermione head came over the door, she heard two voices. "How could you? You know how I feel and how I've felt, said a voice. It was Harry. "But Harry look at you, you have girls go nuts over you, your famous, your talented, what more do you want?" came Ron's voice. He sounded hurt. Harry was at a loss for words but he wasn't in the mood to apologize or be sympathetic. He just picked up his Firebolt and ran to the door. Hermione quickly got down, moved the rocks over and rushed out of the way just before Harry stormed through the door to the Quidditch Pitch. Hermione hid behind a tree near by to witness the rest of her friends' quarrel. Soon after Harry came Ron. He looked more upset than before. "Harry," he came. Harry swung around to meet Ron's expression. "You know, I might as well just leave Hermione to you, I just thought that it would be better...I mean I dont want to lose her as a friend...if you know what I mean." he said. For a moment Hermione thought Harry was on the verge of a break-down but he was too angry to say anything. She had never seen Harry like this before, it wasn't like him. What was making him so paranoid? Harry stared at Ron, he didn't want to lose him as a friend but now wasn't the moment. He turned his heel and left. Ron stood there, supposedly alone. He sighed. "Oh no, here we go again..." Later Hermione sat in the common room, thinking about what she had seen before. Why was Harry not acting like himself? He wasn't his normal self at all. She sighed a deep sigh. Why was everyhting so confusing? Maybe she was just out of her mind. She wasn't even acting like herself anymore. It was likely for her to have dreams like that. Hermione shuddered. It had been all day since she thought about her dreams. There were echoes from behind of footsteps. Hermione whirled around in her chair to find it was Harry. He came down and took a seat next to her. "Hi," he said softly. "Is it okay if I can talk to you?" Hermione nodded. "Okay, well I haven't been myself. i don't know, it's just these...er... feelings I have about something. Its making me go crazy, I don't know what to do, I keep making mistakes. Ron's not talking to me anymore, I got mad at him before. I don't know what to do," Hermione knew all too well. She took a deep breath and began, "You're just going to have to face Ron and tell him about it. tell him about that...thing thats making you go crazy, you can't hide it from him forever. i'm sure everything will be alright." She felt sympathy for Harry now too. She put a comforting arm around him. He smiled at her and leaned in... Hermione's mind was mixing with so many thoughts she couldnt even make up her mind and let Harry kiss her. How could she do this to her friends? But she couldn't just stop. Harry leaned back again, but felt awkward. Hermione just sat there thinking about what she had done. She got up and left the room. Just as she was about to acsend the stairs, she stopped and looked at Harry. "I'm sorry Harry, I just can't do this. To you and Ron I mean. I don't want to lose you two..." Harry sighed. He couldn't think straight these days, let alone control his actions. He didn't know anymore. Everyone seemed to be paranoid, not just him. "No," he said. He looked back at Hermione. "I should be sorry. I don't know whats wrong lately. It might be everything with your dreams, its all I've been thinking of lately. It just, seemed too real to be just... a dream." he stopped. He couldnt say anymore. "G'night Harry," called Hermione. "Sweet dreams..." Hermione went up the stairs slowly, thinking, which she had been doing a lot more of lately. She got to her room, changed into her night dress, and plopped down on her bed. For some reason, she didn't think Ron was going to forgive Harry so easily, like their fourth year for example. Harry didn't really do anything, but now he did which would make things even more difficult. Hermione heaved a long sigh and tried to get to sleep... Hermione's head whirled...she was in Hogwarts, but it was morning. Everyone in the school was rushing away. Away from what? They seemed to be going to their commn rooms, but why? She didn't bother being cautios and went the oppsoite way the students were going. With great difficulty she pushed passed them. The commotion seemed to be coming from Moaning Myrtle's bathroom. Not the Chamber of Secrets, not again. She swung open the door. The bathroom reaked. What was that? she thought in disgust. She held her nose and peered around the corner. There was a body on the floor. Hermione didn't have to look closer to find out who it was. it was Ginny Weasley... Hermione woke up. It was Sunday morning. She was breathing deeply. 'Not another dream,' she whispered to no one in particular. Did her dreams mean something? Why did she keep having these dreams? Why was everyone dead? hermione got up, got dressed and headed down to breakfast. She was debating on whether to tell Ron about her dream, or if he would get upset. She entered the Great Hall to find Ron and Harry at seperate ends of the Gryffindor table. "How come I'm not surprised," she said to herself sarcastically. Now Hermione had to make a decision. To sit with ron, or Harry. She stood there in front of the hall, where was she going to sit? From behind her, the double doors burst open. It was Fred and George. "Oi Ron!" called George, and the two took seats on either side of Ron. 'Thank god,' Hermione went and took a seat next to Harry. "Hi." said Harry nervously. He was still embarrased with last night. 'Oh...er...hello." said Hermione nervously. "Are you okay?" asked Harry. Hermione was shaking. "What's wrong?" "Oh, nothing. I'm fine." She started filling up her plate with food trying to forget to give Harry the real answer to his question and her dreams. She didn't need to tell Harry or ron, it would just get them worried. They had their own problems to worry about anyhow. Hermione finished her breakfast. The two headed off in their seperate directions, Harry to the Quidditch Pitch for practice and Hermione to the library as always. She entered to find only Lavender Brown and Parvati APtil at one of tables gossiping. 'Is that ALL they do?' she thought. She took a seat two table away from them and began to work on her Transfiguration essay again. Then she remembered the screams. They seemed to be all she could think about while writing the essay she even wrote in down on her paper by mistake. Parvati and Lavender suddenly got up and ran to Hermione. "Didn't you hear that?" asked Lavender. "Heard what?" "That scream! How did you not hear that?" shouted Lavender. Dumbledores voice was heard, like yestredays. "Will all students please go at this very instant to their common rooms. It is not safe to be otherwise. Teachers will know where to go. Thank you." and his voice faded away. Parvati and Lavender rushed out of the library ad followed the other students in the corridors. Hermione picked up her books and followed. The crowd was moving towrads their houses common rooms. Just like her dream. She knew what she had to do. She rean the other way, to Moaning Myrtles bathroom. hermione's run, broke into a sprint. She needed to get there, and fast. She burst the door open. She knew what she was about to find... Chapter 11 *The Note* Hermione came to find the same smell as before. She put her hand over her nose and mouth and walked further. Hermione turned the corner to find it worse than her dream. It was Ginny, but her body was sprawled on the floor. Hermione turned her over and cried. She was as cold as ice. Hermione held her hand. There was a piece of paper inside it. It was the note Ginny had tried to hide from Hermione that night in the Leaky Couldron. There were footsteps echoing behind her. She quickly stuffed the note in her robes and didnt bother turning around.Hermione just looked at Ginnys lifeless face and cried. "I'm sorry Ms. Granger." came a voice. It was of course Dumbledore. "But she is not dead, but she is still in danger," Hermione turned around to find Dumbledore had been there for a while and Professor McGonagall come in the room. She looked back at Ginny and tried to check her pulse. There was none. "But if she's not dead then..." "That is not Ginny Weasley," said Dumbledore softly. Hermione looked at him confused. 'If this isn't Ginny, then why does she look exactly...' Hermiones eyes grew wide and she looked back at Dumbledore. "A polyjuice potion! But again...? Why would someone pull the same thing for the second year in a row? It just seems foolish to-" Hermione stopped. Who was it? Her own questions raced through her head. "We will soon find out. Though we cannot ask questions, as you can see..." replied Dumbledore pointing to the dead corpse of the supposed Ginny Weasley. The tears stopped pouring from her eyes. "Wait, then where is the real Ginny?" "We do not know, but we hope to find out," answered Dumbledore. "Come Ms. Granger," called McGonagall. "I'll return you to your common room." Hermione got up and walked over to McGonagall and they left the room. Hermione would have asked questions, but she wasn't sure if it was the right moment to ask. They finally got to the portrait and Hermione took a seat where the rest of the Gryffindors waited for what McGonagall had to say. "I'm afraid that again, hogwarts is no longer safe. There hasn't been any killings or anything...yet. But the Chamber of Secrets has yet again been open. But for a different reason, that we do not know of at this very moment. i would advise you all to stay in the common room for the rest of day. I will come escort you to Lunch and Dinner. Thank you." McGonagal finished. She pursed her lips and left the room with a most worried look on her face. Chapter 12 *The Impersonator* As soon as McGonagall left the room, the Gryffindors broke the silence. everyone was talking. Harry went to look for Hermione, she looked highly upset when McGonagall entered the room with her. He could hear among the conversations, people talking about him. "Ever since Potter came here," and "Its all because of Potter," . Harry didn't pay much attention. It was like second year all over again. He finally found Hermione sitting by herself on a large couch, deep in thought. "Er...Hermione?" Harry looked at her. "Oh...I'm er...." "Are you alright? What happened out there?" "I had another dream, but this timeit actually happened. I had it last night. It was exactly like it happened, only I knew what was coming. Everyone rushing to their common rooms, Ginny in the bathroom..." "Ginny?" Harry asked confused. "When i got in the bathroom, she was dead..." "Dead?!?!" "Not exactly, she was dead but not technically. It wasn't Ginny. It was someone else, using a polyjuice potion. Dumbledore said that they would change back in by 8:00 tonight or so. It would take a bit longer since whoever it is, is dead." "But wait," Harry interupted. "If that's not Ginny, than where is Ginny?" "I don't know, but Dumbledore said that she was in great danger. All I know is that I want to find out who was impersonating Ginny." Hermione pointed out. Harry nodded in agreement. "So have you worked it out with Ron?" Hermione asked changing the subject. "He's hopeless. He won't talk to me. I mean, I don't blame him." Harry heaved. "Don't be so hard on yourself. You've ben through enough already." Hermione comforted. "But so has Ron. I mean, I have more problems than he does, but yet I have more advantages. I guess he feels like hes been left out on things in life. Like you know, brand-new things, money, attention," Hermione knew where Harry was coming from. It was almost the same reason as last year. But now it was more hurt than jealousy. "Maybe I can talk to him, he might just listen to me..." Hermione thought out loud. "That would help loads," thanked Harry. he gave Hermione a hug. Though it felt a bit awkward, Hermione hugged him a bit harder. "No problem." She got up and went up to her dormotory. Hermione decided she would find out who it was using the polyjuice potion, tonight. It wouldn't be that big of a problem. All she had to do was borrow Harry's invisibilty cloak and sneak down to the infirmary with out being seen by Mrs. Norris. Hopefully Harry still had his Marauders Map and he could use that also. About an hour later, Lavender came up and told Hermione it was time for lunch. McGonagall escorted them to the Great Hall. Hermione looked for ron, but he wasn't in the crowd. She noticed Neville next to her. "Neville, have you seen Ron?" she asked. "He's in his bed, hes depressed. About Ginny, I'm sure," "He knows about Ginny?" "Yeah, he heard it from Parvati," 'How did I not figure that one out. She was probably listening in on my conversation,' Hermione thought hastilly. She walked the rest of the way to the Great Hall with the rest of the Gryffindors. When they arrived she took a seat next to Harry, whom had entered before her. "Where's Ron?" he asked. "Neville told me hes up in his dormotory, he sdepressed about Ginny," "He...knows?" Yep, hpw do you think." "Lavender, Parvati, either one is a good bet."Harry guessed. Hermione nodded. "I'll have to talk to him later though. But I've beem planning. I'm going to sneak to the hospital wing and find out who it is that impersonated Ginny. i need to know. it might be a big clue on where Ginny could be. well at least I hope. Would it be okay if I used your cloak and map?" "Sure," Harry said as the plates filled with Sunday's lunch. The rest of lunch was silent. Almost everyone was scared about what might happen next... That night, Hermione snuck into the boys dormotorys and borrowed Harry's cloak and map. She pulled it over herself and headed down the stairs to the common room. In front of the fire in large armchair she found, was Ron. Hermione took off the cloak and took a seat next to Ron. It didn't seem to phase him. "Ron," she started. She turned to him, though he wasn't looking at her. "I know about Ginny I was there." Ron still stared at the fire. "I know she's in danger, but now is no time to worry. We have to do something. I'm going down to the infirmary to find out who it was. But Ron, you have to listen to me. Who ever it is, would be loads of help in finding out where Ginny is or might be. I'm going to find out who," she said. Hermione paused, still looking at Ron. "I'm going down there, but its choice if you want to join me or not." Ron didn't do a thing. Hermione kissed him lightly on the cheek. The last thing she wanted to do was make the grudge between Harry and Ron grow, it was the only way to get him to come with her. Ron turned to her and smiled. "You can count me in," Hermione smiled back and pulled the cloak over the two of them, and they headed out of the common room. As soon as they were in the hallway, Hermione whipped out the Marauders Map. She had one problem...it was blank. "Ron," she whispered. "What?" "How do you work this thing?" Ron pulled out his wand and pointed it directly at the blank piece of parchment. "I solemnly sware I am up to no good!" The ink seemed to spill from his wand, forming latters, later forming words that read: "Moony, Wormtail, Padfoot and Prongs Welcome You Hermione Granger and Ronald Weasley." Hermione smiled. The words faded and scrambled all over the page forming a map of Hogwarts. She could see that in the hospital wing, there was Dumbledore, McGonagall, Madam Pomphrey and an unknown person. The dot was labeled with a question mark. They must not have changed yet. Hermione pulled on Rons robes as she started down to the wing. Later, they reached the infirmary. They slipped through the door, stopped and look at the map. "There in a room, over there" said Hermione pointing in the direction the room is, told to her by the map. Ron, walking faster than Hermione, pulled her towards the general direction of the room. The door was slightly open leaving only a crack to peer through. "They should be changing any moment now shouldn't they?" asked McGinagall nervously. "Yes. Infact, its starting now." replied Dumbledore. Hermione and Ron squinted to get a better look of what was happening. They only part they could see of the impersonator was there hand. Ron was the first to notice. The hand had turned silver... Chapter 13 *Final Destination* "It can't be," gasped Hermione. "Well, it is." replied Ron. Hermione flashed him a look. "But...why?" "I don't know, I guess Voldemort thought no one would expect the same thing to happen again." Hermione reasoned. "But why the Chamber of Secrets? The basilisk is dead, what else is down there anyhow?" Ron said confused. "Well there must be something." "Another thing that gets me is, why Wormtail? He's so...so...pathetic!" Ron hissed. Petigrew was now completely in his own body and the two heard the Professors shifting around in the room. "C'mon Ron," Hermione grabbed Ron by the robes and led him out of the hospital wing under the cloak. "What is it?" "Ginny..." "Don't mention her," Ron hesitated. "No, I mean that explains that night at the Leaky Couldron," "What happened?" "The note!" Hermione exclaimed. She quickened her pace as they reached the stairs leading to Gryffindor tower. "What note!? If your going to talk about things I don't know, will you please explain?!" Ron complained. "Fine," Hermione started. "The night we stayed in the Leaky Couldron, Ginny, or Wormtail, was acting all nervous..." "Tha's a suprise," Ron sneered sarcastically. "He had a note that he didnt want me to see, I found it when I saw Ginnys body in the bathroom, but I never looked at it!" Hermione put her hand to her head in disappoointment with herslef. They got to the protrait just as Harry had opened it. The two entered the room, moving Harry aside, startling him. They took off the cloak and took a seat. "Hermione what took you so long?" Harry said trying to ignore Ron. They exchanged glances and then both faced Hermione. "Did you find out who it was?" "Pettigrew," answered Hermione. "Again..." "I know it sounds stupid, and it did to everyone else. Its what was least expected. But it made the perfect plan. Thats what I'm guessing." Hermione explained. "Yeah, and Voldemort would have suceeded if that bloody idiot didn't go and get himself killed." said Ron, talking to Hermione in particular. "Its really strange though," said Harry. Hermione and Ron too looked at him with looks of confuzzlement (i couldnt think of a word to express their looks so i made one up :P). "How he opened the Chamber of Secrets... I mean he had to have opened it for a reason. To scare people maybe or... a final destination." Harry gulped. "Don't say that Harry!" Hermione yelled in protest. "Well its not like Voldemort hasn't tried to kill me before. For all we know, it might as well be." Harry replied. Ron looked at Harry with sad eyes. Hermione noticed this and developed a sudden sympathy for Ron. He looked so cute with those puppy eyes and. he didnt really deserve to be treated like that by Harry. and Harry didn't have to go through all of what he was going through either. Well Ron did look kind of attractive when he was upset and... Hermione shook her head. What was she thinking? She couldn't do this to her friends! If their friendship was lost, she didnt know what she would do. "Well I'm off to bed," said Ron getting up. He looked at Hermione, gave her a slight smil, then turned to Harry with a look of regret, then slowly headed uo the stairs. "I agree," said Hermione. "I've had enough for one night. We can find out tomorrow. I need to sleep on this," Hermione stressed. She ran her hand through her hair and started up the stair. She stopped halfway, turned to Harry and said, "G'night Harry." "Sweet dreams..." Harry smiled. Hermione smiled back, went to her dormotory and went went to bed... It had been a while since Hermione had had one her strange dreams, but now was when they were scaring her the most. At breakfast, Harry wore a deep scarlet shirt with vertical stripes, resembling the room in her dream. Ron was wearing an emerald sweater and Hermione a black blouse. After breakfast was potions, they were escorted by Snape of course who gave them strict orders to stay in single file and keep their mouths shut. All during class, Ron and Harry gave worried looks towards each other and goggled at Hermione. Frustrated, she tried to hide behind the piles of books on either side of her for her later classes. Snape as usual scowled at them later on when he claimed that they didnt add enough wormwood to their concoction. So far it hadn't been a good day, but little did they know it would get much worse... Chapter 14 *Time Can Turn* For the rest of the day, Ron and Harry were still on non-speaking terms. While walking in the corridors they would take either side of Hermione, leaving her with the burden to keep up a conversation without making the feel left out. The trio was walking to their next class escorted by Prfessor McGonagall when... "Did you hear that?" said Ron stopping in his tracks. The other two stopped also. "Hear what?" asked Hermione. She strained to hear what Ron had. "That," he said. Hermione gasped. It was a scream. It was exactly like the scream she had heard on Friday. "Sounds like Ginny," Harry concluded. They all looked at eachother and ran towards the screams. They were coming from Moaning Myrtles bathroom nearby. "Are...you...sure...Harry?" asked Hermione tryingto get a breath in between every word as they sprinted down the corridor. "Positive," They came to the bathroom, the door was open, and so was the Chamber of Secrets. "Oh no," sighed Harry. Ginny's screams were coming from the chamber. Ron ran full forward towards the opening and jumped in. "Ron NO!" yelled Hermione but it was too late. "I'm going down there Harry," she said walking closer. She looked at him. He nodded and they both jumped in together (sry i had to make things quick 'cause alot is supposed to happen...) The way down was slimey but Hermione couldn't care less. All she wanted to do was find Ron and Ginny. Finally Hermione onto the gravel at the bottom. "Ow," Harry fell on top of Hermione. They both hurried off eacother and looked at the other awkwardly. Hermione shook her head and decided to change the subject. So now where do we go?" "In here," Harry said leading the way down through a dark tunnel. Ron had probably gone through it already. The screams got louder and louder, and yet sounded less like screams but more like plea's for help. There was a small dark figure in the corner, Hermione noticed. It was... "Ginny!" she yelled as she ran towards her. She took out her wand and muttered "Lumos!". It was indeed Ginny, she was tied up and was struggling to get free. Hermione kneeled down and used a severing charm to break her free. As soon as Ginny was free to move, Hermione gave her a hug. "Are you alright?" asked Harry who had just come over. Ginny blushed. "Not exactly," she took a deep breath. "I'm starving, I haven't eaten for days!" "Poor thing," Hermione whispered. "Harry go on and find Ron, Im staying here with Ginny." Harry nodded, pulled out his wand and moved forward. Hermione rummaged through the pockets of her robes to find a chocolate frog and handed it to Ginny. Though it was something, it still wasn't enough. "Ginny, you'll be alright." Hermione promised. She tried to make her feel better and rid the depressed look on her face. Sudennly there was a loud bang. "What was that?" whimpered Ginny. Hermione turned to look at her. "Ginny listen to me. Go hide somewhere and dont makr a sound, you dont want anyone finding you. I'm going to see if they're all right." Hermione assured. She got up, wand ready and walked in the direction Harry had earlier. As she got closer to the end of the cave, she came to a long stone hall, lined with stone snakes. The snakes with their mouths open and protruding fangs. It was just like her dream. She didn't know that there would be only one small difference... At the end of the hallway, there was a short figure, a tall one nd one on the floor. She heard a sickening voice "Your friends can't save you now Harry. It's just you... and me." came the most dreaded voice Hermione wanted to hear. It was Voldemort. "he may have died for you," he said pointing his wand towards the body on the floor. "Ron!" Hermione sobbed softly. "But he can't save you." This made Harry more angry than Hermione had ever seen him. He advanced on him, and said the words she thought he'd say, "Avada Kadavra!" a golden light burst from his wand in Voldemorts direction but missed. "Foolish boy!" jeered Voldemort. "You think you can defeat me? Hah, lets see how much better I can do," "Harry!" Hermione yelled. She sprinted down the long hall faster than she ever thought she could go. She threw herself if front of Harry. "Hermione! No! Don't!" Harry screamed. Voldemort said his words and the same golden light shot from his wand hitting Hermione. "No!!!!!" Harry held Hermione in his arms and sobbed over her. "No," He stared at her lifeless body. She was dead. Ron was dead, and Ginny would soon be too. "You're no match for me Harry. You've defeated me before, but I'll make sure that won't happen again. Think of it this way, you can see your parents, your friends. trust me," "Why should I?" Harry sneered. He looked back at hermione. There was something glittering around her neck. it was achain. He pulled it out from underneath her robes. It was the time turner. He looked at Voldemort and grinned. "What do you have to be happy about boy?" asked Voldemort nastilly. Harry just grinned at him and turned the time turner... Chapter 15 *Love orSomething Like It...* Hermione shook her head. Where was she? She opened her eyes wide and looked around. She was in the Chamber and Harry was on top of her. "Hermine! You're alive!" Harry got off of her and gave her a huge hug. "Er...alive?" Hermione tried to think. "Oh my gosh, I was...DEAD!" she shook her head in disbeleif. "I was.. I was..." "I know," Harry said, letting go of her. "But how-" "The time turner." "The ti-, Harry! You -you..." Hermione tried to thank him but she couldnt get the words out of her throught. "No Hermione, I should be thanking you. You saved my life, so did Ron...Ron! He's still there! We have to get him!" Harry pulled Hermione through the tunnel. "But Ginny-" Hermione said but Harry cut her off. "Ginny'll be fine. We need to save Ron. He's gonna die!" Harry sprinted still pulling Hermione behind him. They came to the Chamber to find Ron only feet away from Voldemort. As easy as it may have seemed Harry yelled, "Avada Kadavra!". A golden light burst from the tip of his wand and hit Voldemort, causing him to fall to the ground mtionless. Ron turned to find Harry and hermione. He ran over to Harry first and hugged him tight. "I'm sorry Harry!" Harry hugged him back. "Sorry to ruin your moment guys but..." Hermione pointed at Voldemort who now had his wand on the three of them. "So foolish," he said in his high piched voice. He gave a cackling laugh. He looked at the three and yelled those feared words. The same golden light came and hit the three. Hermione's vision grew blacker and balcker until she couldnt think anymore... "Hermione!" she heard distant voices. "Hermione! Hermione!" they seemed to be getting closer and closer. "HERMIONE!" someone was shaking her. Her eyes bolted open. She was in Diagon Alley sitting at a table outside the ice cream shop. "Hermione, are you all right?" hermione turned around to find Ron, Harry and the Weasley's. "You're okay! You're not dead!" Hermione ran over to Harry and Ron and hugged them tighly. She started crying. The two boys looked at eachother and shrugged. "It's okay Hermione, it was just a dream," said Ron. "A dream..." she pondered on those words for a moment. "A dream!" She hugged the two even tighter. "You don't have to suffocate us you know," said Harry trying to pry Hermione off his neck. Hermione let go and smiled. She just stared at them. A feeling came over her. Was it what she thought it was? All Hermione knew was that it was love...or something like it. |
