Adventure is almost a part of my life as it comes to me naturally. Expeditions is a part of
adventure which has to begun for me. As in my life I have always been looking for those
things which are almost out of my reach and my lust to achieve them have brought me to reach
all those goals. The confidence and self belief is something which has given me the power to
and to win. With, will to do God gave me da oppurtunity to prove.

Youth Hostel Association of India(YHAI), has always something good to share but this time it
was the best. For the first time YHAI has the expedition on two-wheelers arranged for such a
beautiful places which almost seems to turn me to join them. Although the trip was well
planned and decided there were eleven(11) vehicles in total, in which three participants
were the ones who were driving alone with no pillion rider. Now, out of those 11 vehicles
there was a 1 Cbz with a single rider, 1 Ind-Suzuki - agen a single person, 1 Bullet
accompanied by a pillion, 1 splendor with pillion, 2 bajaj scooters with one scooter without
a pillion, 2 kinetic honda's both with a pillion and least but not last my LML NV last one
standing.

Almost everybody of us have had an interaction before during an orientation session couple
of days before our journey. In this group of 17 persons outta which 5 were ladies. Everybody
during orientation had a very brief introduction of himsell to keep all other bonded for the
next few daysof our trip. Mr. Heera- The conveynor of our group must be given a big credit
who gave such a brilliant idea of arranging such a beautiful trip.

     DAY 1

In May- on 17th, as scheduled we all had get-together at 0600hrs at
YHAI, Chanakya Puri. After a little reception for the best of our journey we were flagged off at 0630hrs. After a small drive we all collected at the border to decide for the next halt which turned out to be Samalkha. Soon after it was like adventure began to get into all of us. Driving for almost two hours all decided for a breakfast before Samalkha in which i was not there to join them but it was exactly 100km's after which i had my first halt at Samalkha. Soon, we all had our  next stop at Ambala where I met rest of the gang for the first time after 200Km's, it was almost 1230hrs.

Every body got a refreshment as all the day was hot an humid with the wind direction flowing, flowing from our left side making us drive slow. At about 1505hrs we all reached Panchkula Youth Hostel which was a good place. After 250Km from our start all reached our first destination. Taking a break for one hour we got ready for our lunch break at 1630hrs in chandigarh with a little stroll at Sukhna lake in evening soon after our lunch.

At 6:30 we all reached back as we all had a reception with Haryana's Dy. Commissioner, who distributed some certificates to all the children of group who trekked from
kalka to kasauli in a day. At night we had a get together with dancing and singing. At night, at about 2300Hrs we all were in our beds heading for our sleep.

     DAY 2

Everybody after good night sleep was ready and charged up for next day trip which was the testing and challenging drive. With a morning prayer we all left the hostel at 0530hrs. with the sun all ready to start his routine we all were on our way to Shimla.

Driving on the hills seems to be really gud with our first half for our breakfast at Slogra at 0830hrs
after 3 hours. Soon the climate began to change as we changed our positions from one to another lamdscapes. Our second halt , So was
Shimla which was 100K's from Panchkula and every body decided for a walk at THE MALL. After which we had our lunch at about 1400hrs. At about 1500hrs, we left Shimla behind to take the downhill this time till kumarhatti where we all had a get together for the way ahead. Our next part seems to be quite interesting as the road was rough and small we were challenged where I had my flat rear tyre getting me to a halt.

Now it was me and another person who was with me got late from other group by almost one hour as we still were getting that tyre puncture repaired. The trip was getting hard and was turning out to be real ADVENTURE. As the sun was all set to go down and we were still way to far from the group. At the night drive got real slow and turned out damn RISKY as the result of single mistake during this part of our trip means DEATH . Slowly but steadily with moonlight we reached Renuka at about 9:50PM where we had a Real Gud sleep to end such a majestic journey and tiring thoughts out of our mind.

     DAY 3

After a tiring day before everybody was now fresh and ready for a new and more exciting journey at 0700hrs we all decided to go for a lion safari at Renuka ji, where we had an excellent Photosession with lions after which we all returned to our starting point at Renuka ji and had our breakfast.

At quarter to 1000hrs A.M we all left Renuka ji for next destination Mussorie. The Drive starting from Renuka ji to Paonta Sahib was the most unforgettable experience as it will remind everyone of us of the PICTURESQUE beauty that nature has provided to the mankind. In between this stretch there was beautiful moments of our life to remember. Even the bad roads proved nothing in front of us as we were quite good for it. At 1230hrs. we all had our first halt of the day at the Paonta Sahib Gurudwara,
where we all went to the
Gurudwara Paonta Sahib Ji and had our lunch at langar.

Soon after driving on the plains once again for about one and half hour now was a little bit relief but
at
Dehradun the climate turned hot and humid. At a distance of about 30 Km. Mussorie, was not far and we all reached the Youth Hostel in Mussorie at 1650hrs which was about 1800hrs before Mussorie. we all had a good time as we had a very good place to stay. At 1900hrs we all were all ready for the walk on THE MALL, - the second mall of our trip. At 2130hrss we all departed back for our hostel where we had a good dinner and good sleep.

As, the night brought out its real colors we all sat down for the campfire, although there was no fire
but had all the fun and excitement of camp fire.
Mussorie was the best of all the places till the time we have gone and had our stays.

     DAY 4

As planned some of our people went to Kempty Fall early next morning rest all of us decided to have a good sleep and wake up late. At 0800Hrs we all had our breakfast and we all are ready to say bye to such a good location of
Mussorie.
At 1008hrs we all left Mussorie for our next destination which was Rishikesh. Although the best one of our mountain drive as the roads were good and the climate kept changing its colors till we reached Sarkanda Devi TEMPLE at 1300Hrs and left our vehicles parked down with the uphill climb for the temple visit.

Almost as fast to the top in 37minutes flat and stayed at the top for about 23minutes. At 1400hrs hours we all started for downhill and I reached the parking at road by 1410hours. Now after that quick ASCEND and Lightning fast DESCEND I had a small gasp of AIR as rest all were still somewhere on their DESCEND. By now as we decided to drive again the weather as always started to show its colors it was nothing but all getting good. After driving for about 45minutes the rain poured down and I had a very good stop under a beautifully done shelter where I and my pillion rider for that while had a warm cup of tea.
While rain began to show us more of its colors as even we had small hailstorm.

But as we decided to move further with condition getting good but at Chamba the climate again turned
to change as it started to rain again where I took my decision of not stopping. Continuing on our way to Fakot out team member,(jassi) who was way ahead of us had already arranged for some Hot tea and Eggs, to make us all warm from where we had our bodies running hot again and Adrenalin flowing from
Narendra Nagar bye-pass we had an excellent sunshine was falling on the city and it was cloudy which made Rishikesh look as if it was made of silver. At about 1840hours we reached Rishikesh after a very good drive of 120km's on mountains. In Rishikesh, we all had a our stay in Gurudwara which took all our tiredness away with the sleep.

     DAY 5

Today, 21st of May, the day which was to separate us all had come after such a good team
journey it will be remembered by everyone - the company. At 0650hrs we left
Rishikesh to our
final destination of Delhi. On our way to
Haridwar,  we all had a Ganges Bath and wished for
better times to come. At 1100hrs we all were together and left
Haridwar. After Mid-way
driving we all had our lunch at
Grand Cheetal which was exactly the mid-point of of our
journey at 100k's for the day Remaning.

Everybody had a words to exchange of our best times together, some good and some Soar. Everybody wished something or else but only wish i was dreaming of was that this journey should not have finished. But everything has to end so was this Tantalising Journey. So my last point to meet everyone was Grand Cheetal. At 1800hrs, I reached my home and I was missing everyone.

Life has always had something to give to us but this time it was some good friends and
experience without which you are incomplete.

Personally, I am thankful to all those who gave me the chance to be with them and especially to Mr. Shammi Arora, Mr. Jaswinder Singh(Jassi), Mrs. Rajrani and Two spirited young sisters for all their support and well-being. It was all like a family being together in 5 days and separation came too quick to part us.
