Bunzilla! Warbunny
Now in the medieval sense, warbunny should NOT be confused
with swordbunny. :-) A swordbunny is a girl who goes to
fighter practice and hangs around to watch the guys and
sometimes gets into armor but doesn't fight. THAT is an
insult to serious female swordfighters!!!! LOL! A warbunny is
a little bunny who wants to be a warrior when she grows up!
Bunzilla! is a year old. She is a Dutch bunny that picked me
out at the pet store. I say picked me out because of all the
bunnies, she kept sitting on her haunches and following me as
I was looking at all the bunnies.
Bunzilla! Villa
Bunzilla! has a section of the house where her little Villa sits.
It is located in the living room. I took a piece of kitchen flooring
and taped it down to the carpet. Her litter box, water dish and a
variety of toys are all within a round pen, which is never closed.
Initially, she was locked inside the pen while I was gone, but after
a few months she proved to be quite the responsible little bunny.
She pretty much potty trained herself. While she will leave little
bunny poops around, she always pees in her litter box. She has toys
all over the house including cardboard boxes to play in, toilet rolls
to throw around, phone books to shred, and a stuffed animal to pounce on.
During the day, Bunzilla! spends a lot of time napping. She starts
getting sleepy around 11:00 and dozes until about 4 or 5 in the
afternoon. And when she wakes up! WATCH OUT!! She is a bunny on a
mission!! She will sit on her 'throne' when I am on the computer and
hang out and head butt my leg when she wants to be petted.

I am in the process of looking for a vet to get Bunzilla!
spayed. It is important to get bunnies spayed that aren't going
to be bred because they can get uterine cancer.
I am currently making Bunzilla! her own set of armor. So far she
is pretty interested in the leather pieces I have been fitting
her for! And soon she will be Bunzilla! Warrior Bunny Princess!!
Bunzilla! is an AWESOME bunny. She's very smart and full of personality.
