The Captain of the University Kung Fu Club reaffirms the stability between Liverpool and Mozambique with the self-elected King of the province.(2002)

This is basically a page for the society and so we welcome comments, questions, random pictures, madness and quotes. Any gems you have should be sent in the usual way - E-mail, not S.A.E. - and I'll see about making it a bit more interactive... Whoo!

The Merseyside Tai Chi school.(2002)

You can actually see the violent thoughts running through Sifu's head as Treasurer Jim leaps in to show off his 'Deadly Thumb Attack.'... Or maybe he's just laughing at his haircut! (2001)

There's a prize for guessing what kick 'Funky Jimbo' is trying in this picture. (...Unfortunately, the prize is being shown the kick again... :( )(2001)

This was actually very beautiful to watch - And I don't just mean the blonde in the middle.(2002)

The fluidity of the movements may not even compare to the ferocity of Hung Gar, but Tai Chi Quan definitely offers a new way to practice and learn techniques.(2002)

WHASSUP! Eric and Lance gettin' down with the Street-Dance Crew. It doesn't really get any stranger than this... Can it?(2002)

I like this picture so much I'm giving it it's own little space. This is what the Martial Arts should be about: Unity, Community, Friendship. We're all looking for the same thing, after all, we just take different paths. I know we're a long way off World Harmony and I don't think 'Hands Across Liverpool' would really catch on, but, hey, at least it's a start.

I think 2002 is the time to start really experience things as a club. And I'm quite confident that with the election of a good Social Secretary at the A.G.M. at the end of March, we'll begin co-ordinating decent and varied events starting, I believe, with Paintballing.

Anyone who's been to Paintballing before will tell you that it's a Hell of a time. There's not a second of crawling through the mud or falling down hills or out of trees that isn't fun - Believe me, this isn't sarcasm - And I think that it's about time we took Kung Fu to the War-field.

So, this will be our first REAL Social event aside from Xmas and New Year - Both of them - and providing enough people show interest, we'll begin making enquiries as soon as possible.

The University and Seel street have drifted apart somewhat, but thanks to the efforts of a few University members, like Treasurer Jim Farey pictured with 'The Hero' Matthew Connolly from Seel street, the two clubs are slowly reuniting.(2002)

In the grim and murky darkness of Sefton Park during night training, one often sees strange, strange things...(2001)

Though young, Eric of the Seel St Club finds it hard to resist the pretty young ladies.(2002)

See what I mean?(2002)

We made some new friends that day... More enemies, to be fair, but a few friends all the same.(2002)
