Livemusichk is a mail-order warehouse with no storefront for walk-in customers. We ship packages all over the world. We offer the very lowest prices possible on a wide range of music and accessories.

Prices are always subject to change. We use every cost cutting method available to us to keep our prices as low as possible. Many items listed we do not stock, and have the factory drop-ship directly to our customers. This saves shipping costs, and saves on our inventory space, and tax burden. Because of this, we sometimes find that an item has increased in price to us when we order. We will e-mail the price change to be sure the customer knows what they have to pay for the item.

We respect your privacy, and never distribute your personal information
You can also pre-pay by sending us a money order or pay directly into our bank account, and leave a comment that you will be sending payment in the mail. We hold all personal checks for 10 days to clear.

Returns Policy

If the compact disc you receive is faulty, or you receive the wrong discs through our error, Livemusichk undertakes to pay both the postage expenses incurred by the customer returning the parcel, and the re-sending of the correct or fault-free compact disc. However, if the compact disc ordered was correctly shipped, but mistakenly ordered, the disc will be exchanged at the buyer's postal expense, and Livemusichk's discretion.

Missing Parcels

All parcels are dispatched by registered mail / airmail and have an attached tracking and trace number. This allows Livemusichk to track any parcel that may go missing along the way. When 3 months have elapsed from the date of posting, we will assume that the parcel is missing and we will instigate a track and trace. However, we must initially hear from you, as we have no way of knowing if you received your parcel or not. We will then keep in email contact with you until the situation is resolved. It must be stressed that, although a parcel may occasionally arrive very late, we have had very few parcels actually going missing. If the parcel is lost, Livemusichk undertakes to replace the missing parcel at our own expense.

Out of Stock Titles

Although we take care to keep enough stock of all titles, there will be times when an item, which is ordered, is either temporarily or permanently out of stock. In this case, we will always wait for the stock to arrive and then post it as soon as it arrives. If however there is a long delay, or a subsequent unavailability of that particular title, Livemusichk will email the customer to resolve the situation.

Deletions

If a product is deleted (out of print), dealers are often the second last parties to hear about it (the artists are usually the last!). This leads to much frustration for all of us. So, if you get an email telling you that what you have ordered has been deleted, you have a choice of either choosing an alternative title to the same value, keeping a credit with us, or receiving a full refund. The choice is the customers. This will all be dealt with by email.

Newsletter

Livemusichk will also be producing an official Newsletter that will be forwarded to you by email. The first copy you receive will be unsolicited, and if you prefer to not receive this newsletter thereafter, please follow the procedures in that newsletter to remove your email address from the Livemusichk mailing list. Livemusichk undertakes to never abuse this list. It is for clients of Livemusichk only.

在您第一次收到貨品時我們會將您的會員號碼及訂貨密碼附上以後憑號碼訂貨即可

Q . 我住在大樓不在家時管理員不幫我付錢給郵差怎麼辦我拿的到貨嗎?

沒關係郵差先生會留下招領單請您自己到附近郵局拿(記得帶印章身份證)
當然您也可以先匯款給我們那麼管理員自然會幫您收下貨物唷

Q . 我已經訂貨好幾天了都還沒收到產品唷

訂單送出後 3個工作天若還未收到產品請通知我們以便對郵局進行跟催

Q . 我訂錯貨了ㄟ可以換嗎 ?
Answer .
當然可以只要外包裝完整(未拆封) 都可換貨

Q . 有好幾樣產品我看不清楚顏色有沒有型錄ㄚ ?
Answer .
