Greetings....Good to meet you!
Thanks for visiting my pages.  If you have made it this far you know some of the basic things about me.  This my chance to have your undivided attention to share a few of the more intimate details of my exsistence.

I am a Picean born February 20th, 1964.  I was born in Cleawater Beach, Florida.  My dad worked on boats and my mom was a mom.  I have three brothers all of which live in Florida now - so does my dad.  My mom lives with me in Bowling Green.

I have three sons. One lives in Indianapolis and two live here with me in Bowling Green.  They are all grown and they are all attending college -YEAH!

I have been married twice.  The first marriage was from 1984 - 1995 and he is the father of all my children.  My second marriage was from 1996 - 2006 and he left me in this world a widow.  Both marriages had their good points and bad points - as all marriages will.  The first marriage ended over a flat tire - of course you know its never about the flat tire.  The second marriage ended with a drug overdose.  He and I had been estranged for two years due to his drug usage.  I hope to be blessed enough to have a third marriage.  You know the third time is the charm.

I have many interests.  Some of them serious which include recovery, spirituality, philosophy, meditation, and  prayer.  Some of the less serious but still important like knitting, the internet, reading, needle crafts, collecting beanie babies (bears only), dreaming and planning a trip to Florida, dreaming of grandchildren, and hoping to find another love in this life.

I am a very goal orientated person.  I love finding purpose in my life with the smallest of things.  I feel like I am challenged to be a better peron and I TRY to live up to that challenge everyday - although often I fall short.  I know with grace I am lifted up again to start a new day.

I am not a religious nut.  I do have a strong belief in a Higher Power.  I call mine God.  I believe that my spirituality is boundless.  Who am I to say what is right or wrong.  The bottomline is that I know there is one supreme being and I am powerless and humbled in his light.

One of my favorite topics is men.  I love men.  I love the way they walk, talk and smile.  They have hearty laughs that sound as if they come from someplace of substance.  Men are the most amazing creatures.  The way they think and are visually stimulated is a powerful thing.  I love a man who knows what he wants and knows what he doesnt want.  I love a man who communicates his feelings and doesnt shut down at the mere thought of a serious conversation.  I love when we can agree to disagree and it doesnt mean we have to love each other less.  I love the way a man smells when he makes love to you.  Men are different a precious creatures.  Women should stop trying to change them into something else and love them for who they are and who they want to be. I think my dad is the most amazing, interesting and mysterious man I know.  If I could figure him out I could be ahead in the game.  The next love of my life would be an amazing man because I have learned that I can love him without judgement because he is he and I am me.  Two seperate but joined spirits.

Money.  I am not a rich person in a materialistic way.  I live a simple life with a few luxuries here and there.  The most important things to me are to be fed, warm and loved.  New cars are nice but I have never had one.  Fur coats are ok but who wants to wear a dead animal.  Diamond rings are beautiful but I like a cz the best and if I loose it the world wont come to an end.  Target is the best store in the world.

I should tell you that I am shy and take a while to warm up to people.  My second husband use to tell me that I wasnt a friendly girl.  I dont think that is true.  I am friendly once you get past my radar.  I confess I am not good at small talk.  I like to talk about serious things and have stimulating conversations.  I like to learn about people. You know what makes them tick and why do they think the way they do.  What experiences have they had to shape them into the people they are today.

I am involved in community service work.  I beieve that it keeps you humble. It also keeps your heart strong and your spirit growing.  It is a good thing to give back what was given to you so freely.  Charity...I think that charity begins at home.  You cant give away something you dont have.

This is a little finer detailed picture of me.  The only way to really get to know me is to be with me - letting us experience each other.  I look forward to that!!!
Spring is here - YEAH !!!
