Getting Started
First of all, you should ask yourself this question: What makes me happy?
After analyzing the question you should get an answer. An answer you will lead all your effort to make it possible. Life is about reaching happiness and showing it to others. The way to reach true happiness is quite simple, love and be loved. Love is what keeps this world constantly spinning, when love fades, the world would collapse.
The material goods are the ones we use to try and fill up our empty holes, that are product of a lack of love. The problem is that this hole will only be half-filled temporarily when we purchase material goods, while love would really fill up that hole forever. How do we love and be loved? Simply by learning how to feel and that is something that I can�t show you how to do, that is for you to learn on your way through the journey of life.
This is one of today�s problems: nobody really cares about feeling anymore. We seem to feel less everyday because our mind and our way of thinking seems to be controlled by other factors that we will have to learn how to overcome. This can be done with the proper education. And by this I don�t mean just good manners, they are also important, but not as important as knowing the difference of what�s right and what�s wrong, what can be done and what can�t, why can or can�t I do this. Questions that will lead to the correct answer when education is present. If we don�t have the proper education, then we won�t have our own way of thinking, so what do we do?: we start adopting others' ways of thinking, the most common, which is what the majority thinks, and the majority defines society. But every society has its benefits and its flaws, which we�ll be able to identify as an educated person. Most of the people of today�s world don�t know how to identify the flaws of their society. And they keep those flaws in their way of thinking, without noticing that these flaws are wrong. Take war for example: why is there war? It�s lack of communication mostly between the leaders of societies. And I think that there is no reason in this world to take somebody�s right to live. Not only that, but after that many are killed in war, the problem hasn�t been solved, because the persons who initiated the war, no matter what the outcome was, didn�t change their point of view, and the differences they had between them, remain. There�s only one side of war that can be justified: the people who defend themselves. If someone with a gun threatens me with taking my life I will definitely fight for my right to live. I will explain why it is justified to defend yourselves in extreme cases like war. There�s one universal rule in life: respect others� lives. But if someone disrespects this rule, then that person will have to be punished and maybe there�s no other solution than death. But only in these extreme situations is when taking a human life can be considered, because this person is ending or corrupting other innocent human lives. My point is that the first to attack or kill, has no education at all, and if they had education, they wouldn�t attack or kill, and if they wouldn�t attack, there will be no need to defend. And I think this is one of many flaws of society. Since the beginning of humanity, a human has always used something to hurt another human. There is our first flaw.
