Definition and Market Analysis ~ provide strategic consulting services in problem definition and scope working in tandem with client's internal organizational structure and resources to assist in the development of organizational consensus on key issues, direction and objectives specific to the project.

Ideation and Concept Development ~ with defined objectives, provide conceptualization services including concept generation service. Participate in brainstorming to contribute in the ideation process either working off site and independently or on site with client's organizational cross-disciplinary teams.

Preliminary Design and Exploration ~ with target products or line objectives defined, provide multiple prelim-design solution options to suit client's business objectives as directed by client's marketing plan, customers' expectations and consumer needs and wants.

Sketching and Rendering ~ throughout any part of the product development process, sketching and rendering services are offered at any interval as required. This may be during ideation and brainstorming or in design and development phase of the targeted products..

Presentation Support ~ provide clients with either internal or external presentation materials. This includes developing 2-D or 3-D presentation or sales materials and managing prototype construction either with client's internal resources or with external independent shops, for engineering models or sales samples.

Program Management ~ provide full product development program management services including design, engineering, prototyping, graphics and retail packaging working in partnership with client's marketing and sales leadership to ensure that business objectives and schedules are met or exceeded.

Manufacturing Consulting ~ provide clients with domestic and overseas manufacturing coordination to oversee and ensure the product integrity of the original design solutions are efficiently and effectively maintained in production.
