It was about two years ago when I happened to pick up one of Dr. John Bear's books in Auburn University library. I felt that the topic is very interesting and distance learning should be the trend for current busy world. Believing that the most important thing is whether you master the knowledge, but not whether you get the degree by distance learning or campus study, I began to do some of my own research on distance learning from then on. The original version of this page was compiled in late 1995 when many colleges still haven't even had a web page yet, and web portals like Yahoo just started. So I created a short URL list of DL programs for my own browsing convenience. Then, in late 1997, I decided to make this URL list public so that other learners can share the information. In this page, I collected some URL sites mainly about accredited master and doctoral programs which can be reached from virtually anywhere in the world. Hope that this page is somewhat useful to you.
Merry X'mas.
