Field Trips[ Home | Previous Page ]
For Club Field Trips, see the latest edition of the Highlites newsletter.
- Please sign up early and remember to check with the field trip leader 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled trip to be notified of any changes because trip leaders may not always be able to contact trip attendees (especially if they have not already signed up!).
- Many trips are on private land and claims, so we must abide by any restrictions owners choose to set.
- Because of the liability involved, field trips are generally for members only. Members are required to check with the trip leader to see if guests are welcome before bringing a guest.
- Please refer to the LGMC Field Trip Rules and Decorum statement.
- Special rules govern access to the Club Claim.
- Additional information about field trips is available at the club's Monthly Meetings and in the Highlites newsletter.
