To see if I could find,
Just the perfect one to say,
What was on my mind...
I could never find the one,
That seemed to fit you right,
Noone else can understand,
Just what I need to write...
You see it's when I close my eyes,
That I can truly see,
The one who's entered in my life,
And means so much to me...
A person who is beautiful,
Gentle, sweet and kind,
No better friend could I have found,
I'm so glad to call you mine...
Simple words could not describe,
The qualities you share,
The loving way you nurture,
The ones for whom you care...
The happiness of your laughter,
Your soft and gentle smiles,
That little twinkle in your eyes,
That gleams across the miles...
So this is why I struggle,
To find some words anew,
To capture all the things I feel,
Each time I think of you...
But since I cannot find a card,
I hope you'll always know,
Just how I feel about you,
With the words I cannot show...
