Each night in the darkness,
You hold me so close,
As you pull me up next to your chest,
Deep under the covers we cuddle and hug,
We snuggle down for a nice cozy rest...
I feel so dreamy there in your arms,
So much I'd love to share,
But the words won't come,
For my lips cannot move,
Since I'm only your Teddy Bear...
Many things I want to say to you,
So much I need you to hear,
How I wish that I could just turn my head,
So I could whisper them soft in your ear...
I'd tell you how much that I Love You,
How it hurts me each time we must part,
Oh how can I feel such a wonderous thing
With only a sawdust heart??...
Each time that you hold me,
My love seems to grow,
More and more as the time passes by,
My stuffing gets mushy,
My fur gets all warm,
This love I cannot deny...
Who would ever believe in one million years,
That a bear could feel what I do,
But believe me my darling,
When I'm in your arms,
What I feel is a love "Beary True"!!....
