| Here are a few of my favourite tips that I would like to share with you all! I hope that you find them useful! |
| - Water is Gods gift to anorexics! Drink tons and tons of the stuff! It helps prevent water retention which stops you losing weight! It also fills you you up loads so whenever you get hungry drink a big glass of ice cold water and it will fill you up! The colder the better cos if it is cold your body uses calories to get it to your bodies' temperature! - Do something really disgusting when your hungry like change a cat litter or take out the garbage! anything to put you off food! - Keep a diary of everything you eat cals you consumed and cals you burned through exercise> - Eat as slowly as possible. It takes your body 20 mins to tell your brain that its full so of you eat slowly you will feel full after eating much less! - Cut your food into billions of tiny pieces that way your body thinks it is eating lots more than it really is! - Eat in the same place all the time! That way you wont be tempted to eat while doing something like on the computer cos you'll have to stop what you're doing to sit in a certain place and eat! - Fidget. It has been proven that you burn 500-800 cals a day just by fidgeting so tap your fingers, bounce your legs and change position all day! - Dont eat after 7.00pm your metabolism slows down at night and you will burn less calories! - Make your food spicy! You burn 10% more calories from hot food! - Only play slow music when eating as fast music will make you take faster bites and you will eat more! - when you feel hungry exercise for a set amoun of time before you givein that way you wont feel as bad! - |
