Safe Foods
Here are a few of the foods I eat that are low in cals and fat and stuff! They help widen the range of what you eat so people dont hink you've gone mad cos you only eat one or two things!
-  Veggies! obvious i know ut you can eat a huge bowlfull and still have only had 150-250 calories and everyone thinks youve eaten a big meal!

-  Salsa with ricebreads. Put the salsa on fairly thick and eat as a light lunch or a mian meal depending on your hunger! It only has like 30-40 cals each!

-  Marshmaollows. They may have calories but they have NO FAT great for when you crave sweet things! If you drink water with them aswell you feel really really full!

-  Baby food. You can get all sorts of flavours (even chocolate) and cos its s'posed to be for babies there are few cals and not much fat either! Eat them instead of desserts or when you get a craving for something sweet!

-  Butter spray. Sub it in anywhere you use real butter, bread popcorn for cooking on veggies or crumpets!Only 1 cal per spray!

-  Snack-o-Jacks. Only 40 calories in each and cos they are quite big they fill you up and you caould go through a whole pack in a day and have only eaten 400-500cals!

-  Plum Tomatoes.  Use half a tin with onions mushrooms and garlic. Heat it up together and serve low cal low fat and looks bulky! Tastes good too!

-  Ratatouille.Becareful of which brand you use!!! Some have only 120 cals for a whole tin. It looks like a good meal and tastes gorgeous I could live on the stuff!

-  Air popped popcorn with butter spray really fills you up!
