My Philosophy

At  "Little People's Playhouse "  I strive to work in partnership with your family to promote the healthy, optimal development of your child. As parents, you are the most important role in your child's life. I am no way a replacement of you as parents, but an extension of someone who your child can trust and confide in .

You as parents have the right to expect quality care when you are not with your children.Children learn through hands-on experiences and play situations. I provide a safe and healthy invironment for your children  that encourages independent exploration  and experimentation from learning centres .

As a professional child care provider , I am to provide a warm, nuturing environment  for all children in my care . I recognize that each child is a unique individual. This I offer first hand experiences, together with perental / provider guidance , your child will be encouraged to develop at his / her own pace. Social skills formed throughout the early years of your child's life are essential elements , in the process of learning the skills of cooperation and conflict resolution. It is my goal to help you raise independent and responsible children. 

Goals

* children will be challenged intellectually , physically, socially, and emotionally in order to develop to the maximum of his/ her potential.

* children will be provided the opportunity to develop positive self-esteem through interactions as mastery of development skills.
