Grimwade Campsite

I accessed Grimwade Campsite as part of the Bibbulmun Track by car through a turn-off road at Kirup. Once near the town of Grimwade I looked for the houses, but there weren't any and I ended up heading off in the wrong direction down a dirt road to Noggerup. The entrance to Grimwade townsite is hidden, all of the houses have been taken away. All that is left is a pile of rubbish, probably left by the logging company. Here also is a small dam where people were swimming. I suspect there were some marron inside. I took Preston Road and turned left at Tower Road, a few hundred meters down the road the Bibbulmun Track crosses.
