| 8 year old Jessica Buckler was abducted from her apartment complex in Highland Heights, Kentucky in January, 1993. A short time later, her little body was found stabbed to death in a ball field near her home. A 17 year old neighbor, Garry Gampfer Jr, was convicted of her murder, despite the fact that he is slightly retarded. He was sentenced to 40 years in prison.
