| Jessica Phelps was abducted from her home in Flint, Michican in the middle of the night on July 1, 1997. (Which just happened to be my 11 birthday..) Her body was not found for almost a year, on May 2, 1998. I don't know how long she was there for, or if she had just been killed, but I am working on that information, which will be posted as it becomes available. During the year she was missing, many searches were done and over 1,000 people heard had seen her picture. I found the banner below on a website, and it brought me to tears. |
