| Little Devan Duniver was murdered by her 12 year old neighbor, Anthony Harris. He had stabbed Devan in the neck. She was missing for a day when she was found. Since it was not the first time Devan had disappeared (she had to be brought home by the police on 2 other occasions for wandering off to far from home) her mother at first paid Anthony $5 to help her look for the little girl. The next day, after the police had been notified, she was found. Since Anthony was under 14, he was tried as a minor under Ohio law. The judge scolded him for the muder he committed before sentencing him. Because of his age, he will only be in jail until he is 21. More information will be posted as it becomes available. |
