| Clever Girl... >> Entertainment >> Television Once again, I am a tacky tacky person. Am I ashamed? Not really. ;) Buffy is actually an extremely high quality program. If, by some chance, you don't understand why, click here. Take a look at one of the episode summaries, and get a glimpse of how much work goes into producing such an intricate and complicated TV show. Favourite episode: Hush (the one with 25 minutes silence), and the one where Buffy kills Angel. Yes, I like Ally McBeal. There was a time when each episode of the show correlated with something in my life. It was quite uncanny. I look at Ally and see me at 30, as annoying as ever. Favourite episode: The one where the fat man falls in love with Ally and she realises that not everyone is as fortunate as she is. I've actually redeveloped my great attachment to Dawson's Creek over the past year. I don't care if it's supposedly trashy, if they speak in ways that are apparently too complicated (although Liv has always said Andrew and I speak like characters from Dawson's Creek) - the fact remains that I find it to provide excellent therapy, and I think it hits on many truths. Favourite episodes: Dawson's 16th Birthday, Pacey and Joey's first kiss, the season 4 finale (tape it for me, Kate!).. Programs for which I couldn't find pictures: Yes, I genuinely liked Survivor, if only for the strategy, and the fun of attempting to guess who'd be 'kicked off' each week. Favourite Survivor: Ethan Sex & The City is well done and often amusing. Although I don't appreciate being compared to Carrie when I consider myself to be more the 'Charlotte' type. ;) Daria is one of the best shows on TV. Love it. Southpark Cartman: Mom! Kitty's being a dildo! Mrs Cartman: Guess which Kitty's going to be sleeping with mommy tonight? The Simpsons Favourite episode: the one where Santa's Little Helper has babies. And... well... it appears I don't actually watch that much TV, especially considering I don't actually watch all of these shows every week. ;) back |
