Measuring Activity:  Use baby gingerbread to measure items in your classroom.  My kids paired up with a partner for this fun activity.  We measured items such as our desk, a mirror, a bookshelf, a window, etc.  Students recorded their answers on a slip of paper that had the items listed for them.
