History of Little Creek Bassmasters Little Creek Bassmasters is among the oldest Chapters in the Tidewater area, having received our charter in May, 1975. We are dedicated to promoting the sport of bass fishing through conservation of natural resources, involvement of our youth in fishing and the fellowship of Chapter members through participation in meetings and fishing tournaments. We meet twice a month to conduct Chapter business and make arrangements for our tournaments. The Chapter has five elected officers who oversee the various Chapter activities. Little Creek B/M holds ten tournaments between March and November. We also participate in four Region Seven tournaments and are represented in at least two Virginia Federation tournaments each year. Dues are $20/month and we fish tournaments in Virginia and North Carolina. At the meeting before each Chapter tournament, boater names are put into a hat and non-boater names are put into a hat for the draw. The Chapter gives each tournament winner a plaque and pays monetary awards to the top three finishers.
