History: Family was American, on vacation in Germany when they dissapeared (she was 1 ½, left at hotel) no one claimed her so she ran away from orphanage at age 6; hooks up with circus first to help feed and clean out animal cages until the trainers realize she could get any animal to anything; became lion tamer/bareback rider at age 8; she and Kurt became hits of the show and close friends even performing together sometimes; after Kurt left the circus its popularity fell and troupe retiered; Lisa moved to Memphis (her American hometown) using the money she’d earned with the circus and attended vet school; aced all her classes quickly and easily and graduated at age 17 ½; took job in Clark and opened her own clinic; mutant powers (shapeshifting) manifested right after move to Clark; Xavier is trying to convince her to move to the institute to hone her skills but she doesn’t want to leave Clark, it’s the home and family she’s always wanted
