1. I was born on September 14, 1979, in Tazewell Virginia. That
makes me 23, and a Virgo.
2. I can yo-yo like a fiend.
3. I can't dance very well, but with the aid of videos and rhythm-gifted
friends, I'm learning.
4. I broke my left arm roller-skating when I was in 5th grade. It was just a
greenstick fracture, but I had to wear a blue partial cast for six weeks.
5. Sometimes I dream about skateboarding really, really well.
6. My favorite flavors are chocolate, almond, and vanilla. I used to hate the last
two, but as I've gotten older, I can deal more with them.
7. I don't like beer. I like Skyy Blue and Smirnoff Ice, and really, really
fruity girl drinks.
8. I was married for about 10 minutes when I was 18 to a Jehovah's Witness.
9. I am in love with Missy Elliot, and Ani DiFranco.

11. Kissing is my favorite part of sex.
12. I'm very much in favor of casual sex.

16. At the height of my depression, I weighed 350 lbs. I've lost an amazing
amount of weight in the past few years, and have since stopped counting pounds,
working instead on muscle tone, and general self-improvement. Most days, I feel
pretty ok with me.
17. I don't really want to be, but I am a tremendously idealistic, romantic
person.
18. Bugs freak me out. A lot.
19. I don't like coconut. I used to (and sometimes still catch myself doing it)
tell people that I'm allergic; because I was afraid they'd make me eat it.

21. My mother is a drug addict. It's a lot easier to deal with when you stop
being angry.
22. I was editor of my college newspaper.
23. I was also pretty involved in college radio. I was, at different times, the
promotions director, a plain old DJ, and the Program Director for Southwest
Virginia Community College's radio station.
24. I'm extremely shy in large groups of people I don't know. Especially bars,
unless I'm with friends.
25. I have a brown peach-shaped birthmark on my left knee.
26. I have a tattoo of a ladybug on the back of my neck. At varying times in my
life, I've had my ears pierced, and my right eyebrow, but right now, I have no
piercings.
27. I shaved my head (with a Lady Bic) when I was 17. That was also the day
that I came home with my eyebrow piercing.
28. I used to go to Camp Joy (a salvation army camp) every summer. When I was
17, I was a counselor there.
29. I have been out of the closet since I was about 15.
30. I love to cook, but since I do it for a living, since there are so many
culinary masters in my life, and since I'm dieting, I rarely cook for myself.
Cooking for my best friend lead her roommate to ask if we were a couple. Once
again. We're Not.
31. I often express restlessness by dying my hair, or altering my appearance.
32. I am a total thrift store whore. Several people at Goodwill know me by
name.
33. The first concert that I ever attended was Melissa Etheridge. Also the only
fan club I've ever been a member of.

35. I like traveling by bus, and I'm not afraid of air travel, but my favorite
method of getting there is by train.

53. I relate really well to women, but on the whole, am generally pretty shy
around them/us. As a result, most of my friends are guys.

55. When I was a little girl, I spent a lot of time playing softball and

59. I really, really like terms of endearment. I think one of the best parts
about the place that I work is that everyone addresses each other so casually.
60. I lived without electricity for about 4 months during a Wisconsin winter.
61. I lived in an abuse shelter for about three months.
62. I have spent the night in jail.
63. I wear boxer briefs and thongs. Or nothing.
64. I can't sleep naked. I feel all exposed and sticky.
65. Sometimes I wake myself up talking in my sleep.
66. Sometimes I have meals in the middle of the night, with no recollection of

67. I love to fish. I don't mind to bait my own hook, but taking fish off of it
kind of freaks me out a little bit.

70. This list has taken me a week and a half. (not only because I'm somewhat

Gummi Bears were my favorites.

73. When I feel like I've done something especially well, I mentally serenade
myself to the theme from Danger Mouse.
74. When I was being potty-trained, I used to sing "twinkle twinkle little

75. Sometimes when I get pee-shy in public restrooms, I hum it, and it still
makes me pee. I am Pavlov's dog.
76. Sometimes I want to change my name. I've gone by several online nicks, but
none that I like enough to legalize.
77. I'm an organ donor.
78. I prefer cats over dogs, but hope to have both once I own a
home.
79. I'd rather have a small group of close friends then a large
group of semi-casual people.

way more then me.

88. I couldn't say Nancy (my grandmother's name) when I was a baby,
so my first word was Ninny. Now everyone calls her that.
89. I dream of having a cool, close-knit group of chick friends,
kind of like The Facts of Life, or The Golden Girls.
90. I am obviously a by-product of too many sitcoms.
91. While I like the movie, I never got the big deal about E.T.
92. I have been in three car accidents. The only major permanent
damage done was torn and damaged cartilage in my left kneecap.
93. I didn’t meet my dad until I was about 14. I used to dream of
running away to live with this grown-up successful guy. I thought he’d be a
lawyer or something fabulous. He’s not, really. But he’s a nice guy.
94. My favorite musicals are: Rent, Grease, and the Rocky Horror
Picture Show. I haven’t seen it in years, but there’s a special place in my
heart for Annie, as well.
95. I kind of wish I were addiced to heroin, or had some rare
disease that would make me thin without having to work for it.
96. I love genderfuck stuff. I think that people get too caught up
in male female gay straight lesbian labels.
97. I failed ninth grade, but was able to make up the classes I
needed to graduate with my class. I was a homebound student for a large part of
11th grade.
98. When I was a little girl, I wanted to marry Elton John.
99. I was a pre-adolescent Batman addict.
100. I’m a lot more interesting then I think.
