“The students of today are the educators of tomorrow”

This statement exemplifies what I believe motivates a teacher to continue the cycle of pedagogy.  Each individual educator can interpret this very simple statement in many diverse ways.  This statement involves the ability to instruct a novice in the manner to be able to be the pedagogies of the future.  This process is not a simple one, but yet a well researched and involved process.

When a teacher is involved with the students, it is important to make sure that the educator is making it a circle of learning.  The ability to achieve this goal is to be a teacher that maintains the students interest in keeping an open mind to learn.  To an educator it is important to show the student how to maintain the aptitudes to achieve the dexterities for a future job.  The most effective educators learn from the student in addition to teaching them.

This process also involves a love for the teaching profession.  The educator has to benefit from teaching the learner.  This also includes instilling a love for learning in the students mind.  This will aid in the future of the student in no matter what he or she becomes in future employment.  To me, this is an important matter, which should be every teacher’s top priority.
