Failure to follow Little Bear's Tuition Policy could result in termination of our contract.
Our Tuition Policy
1. All tuition and other payments are to be made prior to services rendered. For example, those paying on a weekly basis must remit tuition on the first day of attendance. Monthly payments are expected on or before, the first of the month.
2. There is a $10 late charge for payments received after payment is due.
3. If for some reason there is an outstanding balance, the child may not be admit back to school until total payment, including late charges, is made.
4. There will be NO deduction in tuition for weeks in which a holiday occurs or school is closed due to inclemant weather.
5. Eah child who attends Little Bear during the school year, is entitled to ONE week per year tuition-free to be used when the child is not in atteendance. To take advantage of this, the child must be enrolled for at least one month prior to the use of these days.
6.There is a $15.00 charge for returned checks.
7. Strict adherence to our hours of operation is expected. There is a fine of $10 per 15 minutes (or part there of) if the child is picked up late, After the first half hour, the charge is $1 a minute. These late fines MUST be paid that night, or the next morning.
8. Substitution of days for children enrolled part-time will be accepted only if prior notice is given.
