Years of listening to poor-excellent Indie music brought Kealey and Adam together. Despite a troubled start to their relationship the pair eventually sat down to right the wrongs created by the appalling state of the music scene in Britain.

The partnership initially put together a collection of songs showing a fresh and unique approach to songwriting. Ranging from the unforgettable power anthem "Indian Soldiers" to the hard hitting "Mark Fowler is a f***ing c**t" they soon started developing their sound to a more direct instant appeal to both music and non music lovers.

With instruments at a premium a soft, delicate, mature sound was borne. Serious writing arrived in 2003 when the summer pop groove "Gotta Have Fun" was written. Combining basic chord progressions with a raw, confident energy the song made the pairing aware of the capabilities of their music.

Since then an awareness of their surroundings emerged. Drawing lyrical influences from the most simple of sources such as the fish tank in a living room songs like "Etuta" arrived helping the duo to create sublime pop songs.

From that day forth the band have always made the most out of any situation they find themselves in and brought the world a beautiful sound. The sound of rebellion. The sound of something small yet powerful. The sound of Little Bastard Choo Choo.
