She is a scientist, who creates diffrent inventions for Team Rocket. She is constantly helping Jessie and James when they are trying to capture mini twrip. She likes to do experiments on mini twrip but often doesn't get the chance. Sarah is the daughter to Giovanni, but she doesn't like people to know that cause they always want to suck up to her. But with some people she tells them "Well I am Giovanni's daughter" just to get what she wants. Sarah is a mysterious girl who just wishes to become the best scientific mind in all of the world, and she also has a soft side that no one really pays any attention to. And even though she is not sure she wants it, she is Giovanni's air to Team Rocket HQ. Kohana is her cousin, and no one not even Kohana really knows how Sarah feels about her.
