| I try my best to help everyone when it comes to charges and feel what I charge is affordable and a good rate for the care in which I provide for your little treasure... I do my best to work around everyones circumstances when fees are worked out and work with parents to what is affordable for them. Everything is included for children who are not in nappies .. this includes 3 main meals are available Breakfast. Lunch and dinner 2 snacks between meals. Children recieve their own little pack when they start. days out to gambados,stay and play,beach,london ect. Lots of fun and activities. The only time an extra charge may occur is on our big days out which you will recieve a letter before hand. Children who are in nappies, if nappies are not provided an extra small charge may occur. I do expect fees to be paid on time as pre arranged in contract. I am understanding and if financial problem arise please do come to me so we can sort something out. Woould you like to pay daily? weekly? or monthly?? This is up to and will be put in your contract when working everything out for you and your child. Are you applying for tax credits to help with childcare costs?? Thats fine... im here to help and we can arrange an agreement that suits us both to help with the stuggle untill you recieve your first payment! And did you know that tax credits may pay you up to 90% of your childcare costs depending on circumstances if you are with a registered childminder?? All you need is a rough idea of how much your care is going to cost and you call them up and recieve an estimated amout they will pay towards it. Little pixies is open monday to friday 6.30am till 7.00pm, it is also available on bank holidays for those who have to work these days or want some over time.... I do work before and after these hours if needed but it is on request and unsociable rates are applied. Both parents and my self are contracted to up to 4 weeks holiday per year which is charged at half of your normal contracted fee. I dont ask for any deposit like alot of nurserys, unless you wish to pre book your care and sign contracts more than a week before the care takes place. This is to hold your childs place incase of someone else wishing to take the vacancy and is charged at half normal fee. If you would like your child dropped off,collected or maybe both from a school or nursery ect. I do charge half normal fee whilst the child is thier if you wish me to be on call for early collection. This maybe for a number of reasons ... the school may have to shut early?? or your child may feel unwelll?? and you may be unable to get out of work or college to collect at that time.... But this is an option for you and you dont have to have me on call. The reason it is charged is because i could be advertising whilst your child is in school and able to take another child on. But if i was to do soo and needed to collect your child early i would then be going over my numbers from ofsted. So your paying for peace of mind that im able to collect your child when ever through out the day with no worries! |
