| Christine Mietlicki has in been in daycare for 9 years. On a regular basis she has attended NYS training sessions for both teachers and assistants in daycare and has been certified for both. She has spent equal time in both the classroom and overseeing the daycare. Among other things, Christine has learned how to incorporate age appropriate activities into the daily routine of a wide range of children. She is also well versed in planning Nutritional programs to be used daily. With experiences she has gained as a mother of a 6 year old daughter named Kourtni, she brings experience and a professional, fun loving attitude toward the workplace. |

| Lisa Vallejo Miller has been in Child Care for 7 years. She also has attended NYS training and certification sessions, learning planning and management skills appropriate for each age group. She lists her skills as preparing children for kindergarden, directing, communicating and interacting with children and planning age appriopriate activities. Some of her favorite activities are: Shaving cream fun, Story and Song time and the Annual Little Leapers Christmas play. Lisa's future goals include owning and operating her own daycare! |

| April Hatfield is a teacher in the 2's Room. April is a soft spoken, nurturing influence on the children in her room. Her favorite activities include color and paste craft activities, story time, song and dance and Nature Exploration time. |
