Where:
~Mostly the southern US, from Texas to North Carolina, with a bit of Illinois and looks like England. Not quite sure on most of the lineages.
Why:
~Back in 11th grade, (1996-19997) in my AP History class we were told to research our ancestry and give a small presentation about it. I asked my grandmother, Lucille Kincade, about our history and got some information that she had in her family Bible from her father. I regretably did not research my fathers side, because he is adopted. I am now researching all sides, regardless, as I consider the adopted family my descendents also.

Last fall, 2002, newly graduated and just working I decided to get back into the genealogy. I started looking online and came upon several lines that appeared to be done already. After emailing a few distant relatives I started finding some headway. Now, I've destroyed a couple of trees printing all my information off and have made a few trips to my local LDS to get some microfilm ordered. I still have so much to do and I feel like I will never finish. I haven't even touched the tip of the iceberg, though I have two full binders (4" ones mind you!) full of things, categorized and all.

Currently I am working on gathering photos from various family members on both sides and working to get this website up and running and also to start a heritage scrapbook. I'm a scrapbook-a-holic also. :) My goals for the next few months will be to get all my data entered into the PAF database I have and to upload it here. Get the photos up and going, and start the scrapbook. I also need to interview a few relatives and start looking elsewhere for some hard to find folks. I would like to also get headstone photos of all those who have passed that I can. Unfortunately, living out of state is a pain in the neck for most of my work. I've "employed" my mom and a friend when I can to knock some things off my list.
