Major Annual Service Projects
The Little Beaver Lions are one of the most active clubs in PA, well recognized for their service to the blind and visually impaired. This service began after Helen Keller challenged the Lions to be "Knights of the Blind in the crusade against darkness." Today, in addition to their involvement in the international SightFirst Program, the Little Beaver Lions show their commitment to sight conservation through countless local programs.
The Little Beaver Lions are also involved in a variety of other activities, such as assisting the hearing impaired, providing diabetes awareness and educational materials, working on environmental projects and developing youth programs. Here are a few of the service projects that you can participate in:
