Chapter 3: Moonlit Ride
Coming back from dinner, she entered her room. Out of the darkness, someone grabbed her. Thinking fast, Sakura called upon Light to blind the person for a while and also light up the room. As the light came into the room, she saw the guy with his hands over his eyes.
"That serves you right!" said Sakura angrily.
Well if you'd let me go, I'd leave you to your own things," answered the guy.
"Yeah, so you can come back and wreck my clan!" said Sakura, furious.
Sighing, the guy answered, "How about this? If you let me roam around, then I'll spare your clan. I'll pledge that I won't harm anyone here."
Surprised, Sakura quickly agreed.
Uttering a quick mysterious word, she walked out the doorway and beckoned to him.
Bewildered, he just stood there while she said, "Well? Do you want to see the grounds or not?"
Walking carefully, the guy passed the threshold.
"Now, it wasn't that hard was it?" Sakura said, mockingly.
As the two strode off to the caves, a shadowy hand passed over the seeing-crystal.

Entering the dragon caves, Sakura headed up to the rook where the highest-ranking dragons roosted. (I'll put up a dragon rank list at the end.)
As the young man passed the stone corridors, many heads popped out. Hearing some greetings from humans and some bungling from dragons, he watched in wonder at the dragons held here. Many flashes of gold, pearl, bronze, and two rainbows were seen in the crowd. As they stopped in front of two silver doors, she called out her authority to the security. Smiling when the doors opened, Sakura ran to the silver dragon towering over the two. On a straw bed, Silver Star raised her head as she watched Sakura greet her.
Humming a greeting to her partner, Silver mind-spoke to Sakura.
"What is he doing out of your room?" she asked, softly.
Assuring that she was fine, Sakura asked if Silver could take them for a ride. As Silver agreed, Sakura took the heavy leather saddle off the rack. Carrying towards Silver Star, she tripped and fell forward.
Seeing the girl fall, the guy grabbed her and steadied her not realising his face was inches away from hers. As she looked up at him, he saw gratitude shining in her eyes. Feeling a faint blush, he let go of her as soon as she could manage and looked away.
When Sakura was done with the saddle straps, she hopped on Silver's back. Hearing a whistle, the guy turned back to her. Seeing her finger beckoning him closer, he saw that he was going to have to sit behind and grab onto her. Blushing more this time, he kicked himself mentally and reluctantly climbed on behind Sakura.
While Silver stood up and got ready to takeoff, his thoughts went to his dragon, Night Wolf. Drifting into a worried state, he didn't hear Sakura ask him something. Seeing a waving hand in front of him, he looked at her inquisitively.
"If we're to get along better, I should know your name. Mine is Sakura Kinomoto. The leader here," she said looking at the sky.
Realising that they were in air, he answered in a gruff voice, " Syaoran Li, leader of the Li Clan," as he admired the view, silently.
Silently glad that Li was holding her and warming her up at the same time, she looked at the stars that were appearing. Mind-speaking to Silver, the silver dragon flew all over the clan's grounds. Fields dotted with wavering crops, orchards with plentiful abundant fruit, vineyards and lakes. Rivers were the borders between the fields.
Trusting Silver Star, Sakura let go of the pommel and spread her arms out. With her hair billowing in the cold wind, she looked like an angel to Syaoran. Unconsciously holding her tighter, he admired her, like all of the young males in the clan.
As a cliff perilously drew near, Silver veered into a side crack and landed unsteadily onto a granite landing ground. Being bumped, Syaoran jolted out of his dreamland. Watching Sakura leap out of the saddle, she ran up a path to a huge door.
Indicating to Syaoran, she took out a key hidden in her pocket. Fitting it into the keyhole, she turned the tiny key and pushed with all her might. While the gigantic door creaked open, Sakura grabbed Syaoran's hand and the two of them squeezed through the gap.
Dancing around, Sakura pulled him in the lovely grounds. Fruit trees of all sorts were planted in rows with a pebble path leading down to another part of the place. Smelling the fragrant air around him, Syaoran listened as Sakura explained.
"This place is my family's special home. My brother Touya, my mother Nadeshiko, my father Fujitaka and I used to live here when mother was still alive," she whispered, a tear trickling down her soft face.
Wiping the tear away, she continued.
"Father died soon after mother died and Touya and Yukito left to be rangers. I'm the only one here who can enter here. You can live here. Come, I'll take you to the house," Sakura said, more happily.
Walking past a water fountain, four dragon statues and a lone cherry tree, Sakura came to a wall of weeping willows. Pushing past them, she disappeared out of Syaoran's sight until he himself went through the leaves.
Coming out, he followed Sakura to a large cottage. Treading on soft grass, the two approached. As Sakura entered and lit a candle, she pulled him to a bedroom.
"This was my brother's room but you can sleep here. Um, I'll get Create Card to make you some clothes," said Sakura trying to cover a yawn.
Leaving him and the card alone she headed to her room and changed into a pink nightgown. Then looking out the window, she saw a shooting star and wished.
"Father, Mother, Touya I wish you were here�"
It's Syaoran! What'll he do? Chapter 4!
