Do the events which happened during the month-long grave-stricken, death-calling fear-factor experiences during your USCChES training ever come back to pay a visit in your lives? For me, they always do; and I just realized that everyday is like the USCChES Training.

Though things are seem to be lighter and easier, we turn our backs to see that, in our lives, we stumbled on to different challenges, wherein we failed most of the times.  It's because we did not prepare ourselves for those things. Being fooled by the mediocrity of the society and how these world appears to exist as if nothing is happening. But in the reality, we are contested and burdened by what we don't feel then and there, by what our eyes don't always see, and by things we are often afraid of. Be it spiritual, moral, or even just a petty argument with someone else, there is always an immeasurable number of consequences which come along, which we are not always prepared to face. As they say, "The ripples of life!!!..."

But is it always true that with life there is hope? That we should always set our minds to optimism and matter not those which pull us down.  But both, good or bad, should matter and be taken seriously; For both can shape and mold us to becoming better than what we are now. But I fear not because for me, I have my USCChES pin. Eversince it came to my custody just this month, I became a part of it and has been my silent armor against the odds of everyday. It always remind me of the gruelling and degrading moments during the training, which, in turn, transformed me into a person worthy of this God-given life.  And on the other hand, it reminds me of how I became stronger as a person, and how to gain confidence and tact while others have been bullying around your character. This is our USCChES pin. It may seem regardingly small to appear, but if pinned near our hearts, it can become a part of your driving force to get through life's difficulties and harshness.

I am inviting each and everyone of us, brods and sis, to wear your pin everyday. Remind ourselves when we were trained to survive and be part of the society that we will always cherish and honor for the rest of our lives, the USCChES.

God bless us all and more power to USCChES!!!
