Setting: Jon�s House
(Jon is sitting on his bed busily writing something, when he hears a loud clang coming from his back yard, he pokes his head out to see what it was. Nick is standing in the middle of a 4 foot deep hole with water shooting up like a fountain from a cracked water mane in the ground.)
Jon- Nick! What the hell are you doing!?
(Chris pokes his head out of a window nearby)
Nick- Im digging out my Batcave
Chris- How many times do I have to tell you. You�re not Batman!
(Nick, looking completely insulted my Chris�s comment opens his mouth to protest, but just then a loud whirl comes from Chris�s room and he retreats back into his room and shuts the window. Jon and Nick exchange glances before going to investigate)
Nick- What do you think it was?
Jon- Well, knowing you two it can only be a couple of things. Either he has some sort of animal in there that has torn up another piece of my house. Or he�s created some sort of warp hole to another dimension.
Nick- Nah, we�ve never done anything that bad....
(Jon stares at Nick briefly)
Nick- Well I guess...There was that one time when we collapsed your garage. And then that time when we planted landmines on your sidewalk because we wanted to get rid of that mailman...Poor snuffles may he rest in piece...And then that time when he crashed a hot air balloon through the roof...Oh yea and when we destroyed your bed, then taped it back together so when you went to lie down on it, it fell apart and you thought you did it...
Jon- Whoa, what was that
Nick- Oh whoops, dream I had the other night...Um, yea I guess we uh, better prepare for the worst, huh?
(Jon eyes Nick suspiciously as Nick tries to avoid his gaze. Reluctantly Jon places his hand on the door nob and opens the door)
Chris- Okay I can explain!
(Chris is standing at the far end of the room opposite the door. A giant blue wormhole like rift is swirling in the center of the floor)
Chris- Okay Nick, you remember that metal thingy I got from Tiffany�s room? Well I was messing around with it and it suddenly turned into this little metal rabbit thing. Then when I turned my back to see what you were doing it jumped down then started to shoot around the room breaking everything in sight. Eventually it just stopped then exploded. And this warphole thing appeared here.
(Jon stares blankly into the room, he opens his mouth but closes it, only to open and close it again. Unable to determine whether he is surprised or not. The 3 stand for awhile in silence. Chris and Nick glance at each other trying to figure out what to do, while Jon still stands staring, expressionless. Chris picks up a Magic 8-ball from on top the pile of wood that was once his dresser)
Nick- Ask it what we should do...
(Chris shakes the 8-ball then turns it over)
