First Quiz information:

Next class (Wednesday - September 7th) will have our first quiz. 
Here is the content:

--> Chapter 1: Prescriptive Grammar x Descriiptive Grammar
(the information is on the chapter and also on the "first class"
Power Point)

--> Charts we studied last Monday: Two diffeerent ways of looking
at language (Chomsky x Firth, Halliday, Sinclair) ---- I'm 
including my own charts in this organizer page (info about the quiz), 
in case you would like to take a look at them.
